Burger King — Restaurant in Ontario

The food was good but it took about 15minutes to get our order with only one car ahead of us but just happy that they were staffed and open...( the one in prescott is always a gamble after 7pm) Also did you notice they put a new big sign up but it looks like the Burger King sign did in the 80s possibly 70s....Either way we got our burger on and there were no complaints on that side of things... Chow for Now-UPDATE-sept 6 visit- The food was delicious like usual but two days later I still regret my decision to use the bathroom..it was the smelliest bathroom I've ever been in and I used to live in GTA...It smelled exactly how the bathroom in the movie trainspotting ( the worst bathroom in UK ) looked..the mere thought of it turns my stomach..Im pretty sure there's anyway to actually permanently remove the smell short of moving to a new location or gutting the whole bathroom side and chipping at least a few inches of the concrete underneath..So from now on I will take the gamble and will risk Prescott being closed and not eating that night until I'm convinced that stench isn't still haunting Brockvilles Burger...

We walked into this Burger King and we were turned away saying that the dining room was closed. Meanwhile the door was not locked and there was a sign on the door with easter hours on it saying they were open till 11. We walked in at 7:45. The sign said they were closed at 11. We left not happy saying out loud that they should have locked the door. We left. A man that worked there came after us saying that they had meant that the bathrooms were closed. Meanwhile when we walked back into the restaurant he said into his radio set that he had told us that the washrooms were closed. The bathrooms were completely blocked off by garbage cans. The bathrooms were closed the entire time we were there which is against provincial laws. One of our members had to use the bathroom really badly so she moved the garbage cans and went to use the bathrooms anyways. The bathrooms were completely disgusting. Looked like they weren't cleaned out for 4-5 hours. I highly recommend not going to this restaurant. The staff are rude and lazy and don't follow any...

We were there for some food on Saturday night around 8pm after driving all day from Quebec City. The food was ok but the kids working had blocked the entire hallway to the washrooms with a garbage can blockade (I should have taken a pic, I've never seen anything like it) so we couldn't access any washroom the entire hour or so we were there, either to wash our hands before eating or to use the washrooms before leaving. We had to go to the gas station across the street. I'm pretty sure this is a health and safety violation. It makes me wonder what other corners are being cut that could impact the food. It wasn't busy when we were there and we saw at least 3 different young staff hanging around talking. When we left, a young man had blocked both exit doors with yellow caution signs which we had to push out of the way to get out of the doors. It felt like they were trying to discourage customers from entering the building, despite it being open until 11pm. Next time we are in Brockville we will probably go to the Wendy's...
