If you’re a fan of classic, homemade donuts and crave an authentic coffee shop experience, Coffee Way Donuts is the place to be. Tucked away in a cozy corner, this shop feels like a time capsule of everything you love about traditional bakeries.

Donuts: The donuts are the star of the show, and they don’t disappoint. Each one is crafted to perfection, with a soft, airy interior and a slightly crisp exterior. The flavors are timeless yet satisfying—my personal favorite is the classic honey-glazed donut, which strikes the perfect balance of sweetness without being overwhelming. For chocolate lovers, the chocolate-dipped donuts are rich, indulgent, and downright irresistible. What’s remarkable is that they taste fresh no matter what time of day you visit.

Coffee: The coffee here is just as impressive. It’s robust, aromatic, and pairs perfectly with the donuts. Whether you’re a black coffee purist or someone who enjoys a creamy latte, Coffee Way ensures a cup brewed with care.

Ambience: The atmosphere is charming and unpretentious. It has a warm, nostalgic vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to offer recommendations. It’s the kind of place where regulars are greeted by name, and newcomers are made to feel like part of the family.

Value for Money: Coffee Way Donuts is incredibly affordable for the quality and freshness they offer. It’s a rare find where you can indulge in a satisfying treat without breaking the bank.

Overall Experience: Coffee Way Donuts isn’t just a donut shop—it’s an experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast, enjoying a mid-day treat, or looking for a place to relax with a cup of coffee, this place has something special to offer. It’s a must-visit for anyone who appreciates good food and...

Very disappointed. I ordered a dozen donuts to make a donut cake for my sister’s birthday. I pre-ordered them the day prior as I wanted all one flavour (sprinkle) and when I arrived to pick them up I noticed the box she handed me containing the donuts was very warm. I thought this was great as it meant they would be fresh however this was not the case. They had jammed all 12 donuts turned on their side into 1 box. When I got them home and attempted to take them out of the box all the icing and sprinkles had melted off them and was a huge mess in the bottom of the box, leaving the donuts bare. I called the store immediately and let them know of the situation. The woman I spoke to on the phone said they shouldn’t have been put on their side if they were still warm and that they should have been in 2 boxes laying flat. I assumed after admitting fault that the donuts had been packaged incorrectly that they would replace them. However, the woman informed me that she asked her manager and they could not replace my donuts as “they only had 12 sprinkle left for the whole day.” I was told there was nothing they could do. Pics below are what I was left with. Extremely...

I am utterly appalled by my experience at this place. Our first visit turned into a nightmare. I simply disposed of some garbage in the outdoor bin near the shop, and an employee, a young blonde woman, made it her mission to yell at me, rudely insisting that I couldn't throw my trash there. I tried to explain we intended to make a purchase, but she continued her tirade about the garbage.

In light of this appalling behavior, we promptly left. I refuse to patronize an establishment that condones such disrespectful treatment.

While I understand that every place has rules, I implore you to educate your staff on basic respect. There are countless ways to convey a message without resorting to yelling at someone in a parking lot over a trivial matter that shouldn't have escalated in the first place. Your staff's conduct reflects poorly on your business, and I'm deeply disappointed in my experience here and will not...

Always drove by but never tried here before this week. We didn’t know what to expect and were very wonderfully surprised. There is a MASSIVE selection of doughnuts and other treats plus savoury dishes too (we didn’t try any savoury). We tried 6 doughnuts and 6 other baked goods and here’s what’s e though: - doughnuts are amazing! Their sour cream glazed is on par with Tim Hortons, Boston cream is better and Apple fritter is good but we prefer Tim Hortons Apple fritter. We loved their chocolate walnut crueller and dutchie was ok. - amazing Nanaimo bar - meh cake and brownie we tried (maybe it was the time of day … we went after lunch and they were dry and not super flavourful) - great Cinnamon bun and baklava - we also tried a butter tart square but wouldn’t get again. Overall definitely a great place to go! We will be back for the doughnuts.

Yum yum yum! This place is slept on. We’ve been missing out for too long. The selection of treats is extensive, but after some deliberation, we opted for the doughnuts. Great prices- Tim’s could never! Let’s start with the Jelly. Actual doughnut dough was superb, so light and fluffy. However, lacked a sufficient amount of jelly. The jelly was concentrated in one little spot. Next, chocolate glazed. This rocked our world. Perfect glaze, perfect airy consistency, and perfect taste. 5/5. Finally, the Apple fritter. Could of been a bit more apple-y. We thought there might be chunks of apple. Next time we will be opting for the blueberry fritter. Service was incredible. All in all, this is a MUST TASTE and should be in Kingston tourism guides.
