Fast Eddie's — Restaurant in Ontario

So tonight I was feeling tired and had no desire to make anything. We decided we would eat out, but wasn't sure what exactly we wanted, but knew we wanted a drive through. A quick search for "Fast Food" in Google brought me to Fast Eddie's.

The thing that grabbed my attention was its appearance! It resembled an old 50's type of joint, which being a nostalgic person, was definitely to my liking. After reading the menu we excitedly hopped into the car.

If your wondering about the wait, there wasn't much of one! It was so quick! I chose the wing burger and a double baconcheeseburger with Krazy fries. My fiance chose a cheeseburger and a double bacon cheese with Krazy fries.

The wing burger was phenomenal!!! 100 percent recommend. It tasted just like Louisiana hot wings. The sauce was delicious but not to spicy and my added pickles made it even better! The double bacon cheese was tremendous. The buns were soft and fluffy, the bacon was crumbled and easy to Bite into, and the meat was so perfectly seasoned. I did have a bite of the regular cheeseburger and it had a beautiful cheese sauce on it that was to die for!

As for the fries, I wasn't a huge fan. The fries themselves were wonderful and I especially loved the cheese sauce. I do think the chili overpowered the cheese, so next time I will skip the chili! Overall, this has become one of my favorites even only after one visit!...

I love the food at fast Eddie’s but the wharncliffe location has TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and was taken back on how rude the blonde lady that works there was to us. We asked for 2 bacon slider combos with crazy fries and pop. She repeated our order back to us but when we went to drive away after getting our order we realized she only gave us one crazy fries and one regular fries. We told her we ordered 2 crazy fries and she very rudely argued with us and told us NO WE DIDNT order that and she kept saying we ordered regular fries and one crazy fries at the window. But at the intercom she repeated our order back to us and even said 2 slider combos with crazy fries. I love the food but the blonde lady was so unprofessional and rude that I would rather drive all the way to Huron and highbury for better service.I’m not the first person to have said this blonde lady is rude to customers and argues with them. If the owners care about their customers they should have staff that care about...

Amazing Staff really nice people work here, but my God is the food terrible. It's actually not fit for human consumption. Corporate needs to revamp its business model and ask itself "why are we in business?" Is it to provide the customer with exceptional value? or is it to create a unique product that you can't get anywhere else? Why are you in business? Sales are clearly lacking and they are just hanging around by the skin of their teeth. Currently fast eddies is producing an incredibly substandard product at a mid market price. Step one, pay your staff more they are great people and deserve it. Step two revamp the recipie. Provide the customer with exceptional value. This doesn't mean always the lowest price, we don't need a race to the bottom. Why not use real beef in your crazy fries instead of some chilli sludge paste? Do a real jalapeño caso sauce with them. Make the food actually good so people want to come back. Raise the price by a buck or two we will pay if it's better quality. Don't be afraid to change...
