Franco’s — Restaurant in Ontario

I had no clue that the Franco's on Tecumseh Rd and Gladstone Road was closed due to a fire as I waited for my Cousin to go in for lunch as we haven't seen each other since we were kids.

I found out my Cousin was over at the new Franco's Location waiting for me there, I go there and I found out he went to go get me at the other location.

But I wasn't going to be there, after this mix up I met up with him some where else, but I got to met Hiba the Owner at the Franco's East.

My Wife &I had lunch there a couple weeks back, we had pasta it was so good I couldn't stop eating you just couldn't help it.

Well we went back to the Restaurant on Saturday to Celebrate my Birthday my turning 50 years old with Family & Friends, we had a great time the food was 2 types of pizza, salad and the pasta which everyone really enjoyed.

Thank you for your hospitality and making us all feel comfortable and well taken care of, and she made sure everyone was satisfied beyond measure everyone left full and we really enjoyed ourselves.

DO NOT GO HERE! Not trashing for sale of trashing as there food was actually yummy. But worst service ever! Ordered for pick up 3 strip chicken dinner $11.99. website CLEARLY says dinners come with fries garlic bun and coleslaw. Get home, both chicken strips dinner had no buns or coleslaw. Called, was told it doesn't come with it (clearly not what their website says) but we're willing to deliver he buns and coleslaw to us. 5 minutes later get a call back and now they changed their mind and say they won't give us buns and coleslaw as chefs say no. O customer service skills. Funniest thing of all during initial call to place order I asked if the bun could be substituted and we're told no.... That would have been he time to tell us buns and coleslaw are not included. Idiot management. Lastly asked for honey garlic on the wings and they couldn't even accomplish that lol! Had they been man of their word and delivered buns and coleslaw like they said they would MAYBE they'd have a return customer ....but now HA! Will go out of my way to make sure no one thinks about giving...

The owner needs to reply i had a chicken parm and said last time i order i was not happy asked for meet sauce and didn't get it well the girl made sure this time and it was one of the best foods i have had in 15 years from your store that was on tecumseh and Lincoln yes been ordering for 15 years excellent to see someone payed attention this time ty Randy again chicken parm sucked wow again i ordered chicken parm it was not good and hardly any pasta everyone read this and reply please ty i want to say the owner called me himself and replaced the chicken parm it was good to see he cares about his business and customers the staff are always good there i think the own Sam is showing that every customer is important ty great i hope...
