The Santa experience was a joke to say the least.!!! I thought maybe I’d give this Cherry Hill program the benefit of the doubt, since it was them last year, so we thought we try to get this year.
If you’re interested in going, here’s how it will play out:
You will approach the desk, nobody will ask your name. The employees will just look at you confused as to why you’re standing there. Once you announce you have a reservation, they again, do nothing. So you stay there awkwardly, until you ask, should we be approaching Santa? What would you like us to do? There is no guidance, there is no introduction. There is no welcome for a company that does this regularly. It was very, very disappointing and unorganized.
Once we ourselves figured out what we had to do without any help from anyone else, we went and sat next to Santa. Took him a few moments to actually say hi to the kids, and barely looked at them, even though they were sitting right next to him.
Once we finally got the two under five kids settled there was no guidance on where to look, nobody said to say cheese, nobody said that we’re gonna take a picture. Can everybody look over here? None of that. Then all of a sudden, all these pictures that we thought we were posing for Did not go through because the camera was not connected. This one on for a good five minutes as I tried to in my two under five to stay calm and sit with Santa, even though he’s not acknowledging them.
Finally, the camera started working and although they appeared to have taken 10 to 15 shots, we were only shown two pictures in the end. Both were horrible quality, with no offer to take another one. Do you think we would’ve been offered a second chance, since we had to sit and wait for them to figure out their camera situation. Please keep in mind that there was nobody in line before us. There was nobody in line after us so they had lots of time to fix this.
So after waiting extra long to get horrible quality photos with the camera that is poorly positioned, and showing barely half of my actual children, I’m told that the $28 I payed to reserve, can go towards the low quality pictures package of $60!!!!!!! IS THIS A JOKE TECUMSEH MALL? Have you looked around your place lately? It’s laughable that you are charging $60 for this experience, is it to try and cover the cost of all the empty lease spaces in your mall?
Although we like the Santa that they have there, it’s like pulling teeth, trying to get him to talk to your kids. You have to coax him into asking the questions that Santa asks, and you have to guide him to guide your children as to where to go and what to do.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE CHERRY HILL COMPANY SANTA EXPERIENCE. If anyone else has a Santa suggestion on where to find a good one please lmk. The magic of Christmas is gone, Santa visits are a joke and a money grab, it’s not like it used to be and...

Affordable wear places are increasing; giving chances to buyers for a more joyful shopping experience. Dollarama, suzi, ardene, and much more wonderful shops are placed in that Mall.
