This would be zero stars, if that was an option. So I received a flyer in the mail stating "free delivery now available". Great, I thought. I'll try Gino's Pizza. After scanning their website I had racked up my order and placed it, thinking delivery wouldn't be charged. It was. I called the store number on the flyer to enquire about the "free delivery". The lady gave me the call centre number, presumably because she didn't want to deal with a customer. I called the number and spoke with a lady who hung up on me after placing me on hold. I called the number again and was told that the "free delivery" special, that is sat in front of me on a flyer, doesn't exist. A hard copy I had in my hand. After a heated discussion of whether this flyer exists or not I was put on hold while the lady called the store. She came back with the "there's no free delivery" verdict. I asked how might this be resolved. To which I canceled the order and told the lady that I hope they made the pizza. Garbage panda food now. The kicker is... I called the store again to see if they offer free delivery, to which I was told that they do. Badda bing, badda boom. Worst pizza...
Read moreUpdating my one star review because the ownership has changed some time ago and we’ve been going here occasionally now.
Overall, this place has improved a LOT with the new owners. Quality of food has improved and cleanliness is so much better!
Only small food issue - I find the sauce too sweet. My son loves it but I don’t like a sweet sauce on my pizza - this is just my preference though.
My only true complaint is small but bugs me and it’s that staff and their friends sit outside the exterior door on milk crates right beside the door and behind a large concrete pillar. Whenever I walk by, they blow smoke in our faces (accidentally) and they scare my dog who I’m very worried will react poorly one day. It’s illegal to smoke that close to an entrance so they shouldn’t be doing it anyway - but it’s just also really gross and not very neighborly considering the sidewalk is so small and there’s no avoiding all the smoking and people yelling there. Have them move to the numerous benches with ashtrays provided...
Read more⭐ 1 Star This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered from Jino’s Pizza at Cherry Hill, and not only did they forget my drink, but they also completely messed up my pizza toppings.
When I called to complain, I was met with disrespect and pure attitude from a woman working there. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the mistake, she snapped back at me saying, “That’s what you ordered.” Excuse me? The arrogance and lack of accountability were shocking.
It’s not even about the pizza at this point — it’s about how terribly they treat paying customers. The way I was spoken to was disgusting and completely unprofessional.
They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction and treat complaints as if you’re just trying to get something for free. Let me be clear — I’m not cheap. I’m just not going to accept garbage service and attitude.
I will never order from this place again, and I suggest others...
