Harvey's — Restaurant in Ontario

First, why is there a sign that says "drive thru open" then you get to the drive thru and there is a trash can blocking the entrance so you can't get in. Makes perfect sense! My husband and I went into the store to order, we ordered and weren't given receipts. They pointed that out sandwiches were ready and we told them what we wanted on them. My husband said there's suppose to be bacon on his burger, instead of asking what his order was they tell him he didn't pay for bacon. So they put his toppings on then point at me to grab my burger and tell them what I want on it. Turns out what we thought was our was another couples order. The person putting the toppings on was shaking their head and clearly angry we didn't say anything. I was the one who asked the couple beside us if it was their order. Just ridiculous service. No thank yous or anything. Never going back here again, awful experience. Flies all over the place too, just gross and wouldn't recommend. Everyone there is upset and they're extremely understaffed. This was the worst Harvey's food I've ever had & I've been eating there since they opened in 1959. It was cold, all of it (and I live less than 5 min. away), it looked liked it had been sitting around for a few hours. The onion rings were either soggy or burnt-I could only eat about half, the pattie was shriveled and cold. I could only eat the centre part. The lettuce I requested was non - existant. The bun was ok-it was at least fresh. I paid a few $'s extra to upgrade my soft drink to a milkshake it had been years since I'd had one but the chocolate milkshake used to be my fave. Wow has it changed! It was a vanilla milkshake with some chocolate syrup on the bottom. They didn't even mix it at all. It was super sweet, tasted totally artificial like chemicals and artificial flavors and there was no flavour of real dairy even though their website says it is dairy. Tasted horrible, I wasted my money and threw it out. So all in all I could only eat about 1/3 of what I paid for. I won't be going back. Will not be returning, paid $40 for an unforgettable terrible experience. Ordered a double original with cheese and baconas well as a couple of other combos, they put out an Angus with cheese and bacon. Asked them to fix it, they put out a double Angus no cheese or bacon. Asked to fix again, get a double original with cheese and no bacon. Asked to fix again and they finally get it right. I was smiling and saying "no worries" the whole time but getting progressively more sour attitude from the employees. They put out my daughter's burger with cheese but I'd had enough and decided it wasn't worth it to get it changed. Had to ask several times to get my drinks after my food was made. Drinks were made angrily and was given only 2 cups for fountain drinks instead of 3.
