Indian vibe Food Truck in Belleville offered an extremely poor experience. Despite serving delicious vegetarian options, the rude staff behavior, extended periods of being ignored and lack of customer care ruined my visit. The unfriendly attitude and failure to apologize made things worse. As the only Indian vegetarian food truck option in Belleville, their monopoly seems to have led to complacency. With food quality unable to compensate for appalling service, I rate it 1/5 stars. To improve, they need to overhaul staff attitude and training, prioritize customer satisfaction and introduce a waiting system. I caution others to beware of potential poor service.
