Karra's Burgers & Fries — Restaurant in Ontario

I've been going to this place for a long time with my husband and had barely any issues. This place is GREAT, service is great and the food is great. The boss lady is sooooo nice! No place is perfect, but this lady takes care of things.

I just read a bad review up there's talking about her ''drink machine'' not being right... I mean leaving a 1 star review over a calibration? That happened to me once where the carbonation of my drink was messed up and tasted gross, I told her immediately, You know what she did? She went right away, stop and empty the machine and resettled it and everything taste perfect after that.. No arguying no fighting, Just care. and I love it.

Thats the difference between a good boss or a careless ones. it was her dreams to open that place (like her hubby told us) and its showing!

I ordered for delivery a supreme fries with a taco and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Taco was good alot bigger than a taco bell taco. Loaded Fries also much larger but i found them bland and a bit dry. After eating the order i checked the description of the surpreme fries, since i couldnt remember after looking over the large menu and turns out they forgot my chilli on the fries which explains why they were bland and dry. Sure i could complain and get offered a redo if i was lucky but the thing is im only in town a few more days and a meal like that i only want once a week. So their mistake my loss. However Ice cream was great and may stop by before leaving town to grab another , lots of intriguing flavors to choose from.

UPDATE So after the owner read my review they sent me a $7 voucher to use on my next skip the dishes order. I went with a chicken club sub and a scoop of grandslam ice cream. Sub was delish and the last order was a simple mistake. If im ever in Brockville again i will stop in for a bite. Theyre famous for their burgers and im sure...

I have to be honest and give warning. I stopped in for lunch today for the first time. I had heard the steamies were great. I walked in and seen a very very overloaded menu board in chalk. Too hard to really glance and see it as im sure its intended. So I quickly gave my order to an older lady who seemed to be having a lung issue. (Not very pleasent) Not Steamies cuz it wasnt really showcased if they even have them. Again the menu board was in the least overwhelming. I ordered a $6.95 burger combo which topped out at 16.50. The burger was sooo small. As i watched out the window at the wendys drive thru. Still hungry after 5 bites. Seriously the burher was a junior at wendys. The diet pepsi was bitter as though its calibrated to save money im sure.. the fries were amazing but flavorless. No salt. Thankfully i asked for ketchup..which unfortunatly was off. "Gone bad". Its a off brand ketchup which is indicitive of the corners cut at this establishment. Very upset i spent my hard earned money here....
