This location has many things wrong with it. After browsing through the reviews, it doesn't seem like giving an honest review will make any difference; however, I will try anyway.
First of all, the staff is very unfriendly. I placed my order, and before I could add something, the employee told me my total. She never asked if I wanted anything else or to order a drink. When my husband asked for plates, cutlery, and salt, the girl at the counter dropped things in the bag without asking if we wanted specifics like hot sauce.
Next, while waiting for our order, my husband filled our drink, and I attempted to find a table. The drink fountain area was messy, and all the tables were dirty. I even noticed a random French fry on the window sill. I found a table that was half clean, so we sat there. Not once in the time we sat and ate did we see anyone coming out to clean.
We both love KFC, but our meal turned us off of it. The chicken was so greasy, and we had weird, random pieces. There were two shaped like drumsticks, but when we bit a piece off, it was white meat! And what has happened to the gravy? Do they not add salt anymore, or is it just the Chatham location?
Before leaving, I went to refill our drink, but the diet Pepsi was only water! I told the girl at the counter and waited while she changed it. While she was changing over the Diet Pepsi, I got a real sense of how highly Chatham KFC regards cleanliness and the health and safety of their guests. Before changing the hose to the new box, the employee tossed the connector on the ground... The dirty ground!
After seeing that, we walked out. If they are that callous about their drink fountain, I can imagine what goes on in the back. All I could think about was that they probably throw pieces of chicken they drop on the floor with the ones to sell.

Read moreEvery time I get food from this location (specifically the Ultimate Box) they ALWAYS forget a different item EACH and EVERY time! it is quite frustrating and irritating as I would much rather prefer to have a FULL meal and not have any items missing. Most of the time they forget the utensils and the included cookie but on occasion they have forgot the gravy and the sauce of choice but THIS time they forgot to add in the macaroni as each time I order the Ultimate Box I always get macaroni AND a small gravy. I'm getting sick of this continuing to happen every time I order from this location and I'm sure it has happened to many others and they are sick of it as well It is ridiculous that it even happens because people aren't getting their monies worth for their meal and some people don't wanna drive back and waste gas just to get 1 or 2 missing items they would rather have it right then and there in the drive thru! I know mistakes happen sometimes but after 3 or more times is a mistake too many and it needs to end! When I place my mobile order on 2 occasions, I got really busy and I figured after an hour no delivery has been made, the. I call the store only to be told my order just came in on their app. This has happened twice, then it took another hour between the call and when the order was delivered. When I went in there to pick up a door dash order on 4 different occasions, I get there (usually not very early) and they tell me the order just popped up on their app… loool.
