I was really disappointed after booking for my son’s birthday party. I booked almost a month in advance for a 2 hour party, 1 hour of bowling and 1 hour in the party room. We didn’t start bowling until 2:20 (party started at 2 but the bowling alley had a party scheduled to end as ours started and the last party didn’t clear out until 2:05/2:10) and then at 3 was told we had to stop bowling and go in the party room. When I brought it up up staff that we didn’t get a full hour of bowling, they said nothing could be done. While in the party room every 10 or so minutes we would have someone come in to check in but also remind us that another party was starting at 4 so we needed to vacate the party room before then. It’s really disappointing to of paid $130 plus tax for essentially half an hour of bowling and a pizza that was definitely from the freezer aisle of a super store. Was also disappointed when I booked we had booked 10 pin lanes but were set up with 5 pin. Will likely come back to bowl, but would advise against booking an actual party. Seems like they just double book parties back to back and one of the parties are bound to be...

But while it was thankfully clean it kinda felt like we were a pain to be bothering them and it was overpriced. The email I got a response asking about prices made it seem like it was $6.50 a game PLUS shoe rental for each person. Instead they charged the $6.50+plus shoe rental for each adult and $3.50 +shoe rental per kid for ONE game so it came to $50 bucks and changethey said we essentially played 5 games....not how they worded in the email and definitely not worth for...
Who knows if it's any good. Just walked in the door with a group (I was paying), a woman behind the front counter demanded to see all our QR codes while we were still taking our shoes off at the door. I didn't have mine and this COVID cop harshly said "Then you can't be in here!". She'll have fun when she wants to get paid when the rest of the group home residents are done bowling!
Never going back.
(Interestingly, while I was writing this review in their parking lot, 2 other patrons came out of the building and commented that they couldn't believe how rudely I was talked to. So it...
