RAVE to Konstantino's Pizza & Wings

We celebrated a special birthday today, and of course, the only place we’ll ever order pizza from is Konstantino's. There are so many reasons why, their pizza is always fresh, hot, and delicious, the staff friendly, but what really makes them stand out is the owner, Lee, and how much he cares for his community.

Last November, we needed pizza for a birthday party. I called five other pizza places and none of them could take my order because of their business hours. When I called Konstantino’s, they weren’t even scheduled to open until two hours after the time we needed the pizza. But Lee himself, with zero hesitation, told me he would make it happen, and he did. That’s when I knew just how much he cares about his community.

And today, he proved it again. Lee actually came in three hours early just to make sure we had our order for our birthday party. That kind of kindness and commitment is rare, and it truly meant so much to us.

The pizza, as always, was a huge hit hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Everyone loved it! A big shoutout as well to his team, especially Tommy for helping us set it all up, and to Lee for going above and beyond (again!).

We’re so thankful for Konstantino's not just for the amazing food, but for the heart behind it.

Too bad this business suddenly changes their rules on their "Reward Card". We order wings from them and they gave us a rewards stamp card and stamped it each time we bought wings. We collected 7 stamps so far and were only 2 away from a free pizza. My wife came in tonight and bought wings and handed our card to be stamped and the employee told me that they now only give stamps for pizza. No more for wings. That doesn't even make sense because wings or pizza, it's the same price. And we weren't expecting free wings on the 9th stamp, but rather a free pizza, so were going to need only 1 more stamp after this purchase to fill the card and get the free "reward" but nope, they suddenly change the rules without notice anywhere. Well, there are many other places in Chatham where you can get great wings. So we aren't coming back to Konstantino. It's not a very honest way to...

Me and my girlfriend loved ordering from here but last night she placed an order for an extra large pizza, 2 orders of mozza sticks (with extra ranch dip) and a caesar salad. The pizza was moist (underneath) and floppy so the toppings and cheese fell right off and it was thinner than I last remembered (it was thicker the last time we ordered) and the sauce tasted off as well personally to ME it tasted like the smell of Play-Doh. The 2 orders of mozza sticks came in 1 take out container rather than 2 so I had to separate the sticks between me and her and the ranch dip she ordered for the sticks wasn't even ranch it tasted more like some kind of spinach dip. Probably won't be ordering...
