Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered for delivery (car is broken)... ordered 2 LG soups, 1 LG iced capp, 1 Med iced capp, sausage farmers wrap, and bacon farmers wrap. Out of that the only thing that was right was the soup, the medium iced capp, and the bacon farmers wrap. In the spot of all the missing stuff we got a LG iced coffee, a second bacon farmers wrap BUT... they didn't even put egg on it and literally half a piece of bacon! The receipt says exactly what I ordered, are we not teaching people how to read? Called Tim's and they said if we get there they will fix it... well if I could get there don't you think I would have drove there and got the original order myself? Literally spent $40 for everything and only got maybe...

Typical Tom Horton's. No longer the donut shop's Mr. Tim Horton visualised when he opened his donut shop. It has morphed into a "cafe". Now barely competing with the likes of BK, McD, etc. Donuts are now cheap, tiny imitations of what used to be their primary fare! Theyre primary fare is good but not excellent soups, sandwiches, etc. The coffees are great, but so is McD's. Too bad they didn't stay in their original lane! They almost put all other donut chains out of business. Now there's almost no donut shops left! Want a great donut & a decent coffee? Go to Maple City Baker at 361 Grand Ave., W. Chatham. I Give the atmosphere a 1 because the entire time I was here, I heard one lady (the one with the nose loop ring) picking on Haily (the girl making the sandwiches).

It seemed like everyone was sick of it, but nobody said anything. Anyone could see the frustration on the staff's faces, and Haley tried to laugh it off, but she was annoyed by it too.

This isn't a good work environment or customer environment. This kind of disrespect shouldn't be tolerated in a workplace.
