Pizza Tonite Chatham — Restaurant in Ontario

They're usually fine, but not too impressed with their service tonight. Ordered ($60 worth) almost an hour and a half ago, we finally call and they just say "oh, we lost the bill for it so we didn't make it". No apology or accountability or anything. They offered one item (the cheapest) for free, only after my roommate asked for it..but, honestly, it should have been the entire order for free as it'll be over two hours from the time we ordered it until we get it. And I still have to make my kid supper now, because we can't wait around for them to maybe make the order this time. Won't be ordering from here for a very long time because of this.

Editing to add: it took a total of 2 hours to get it and they still managed to make mistakes (we got the wrong sauces for the chicken fingers). The only redeeming aspect tonight was the delivery driver, who was very pleasant and cheerful. Still not enough to make me consider ordering from here again any time soon.

Editing again: decided to give them another try (few months after original post made). A mistake I won't be making again. 1st, the driver drove past my place 4 times - just back and forth in front of my house without stopping anywhere else - then drove around the corner to pick someone up before coming to my house. Aside from the fact that that seems like some sort of privacy issue...just bringing some random person to my house...it also looked like a drug deal situation with how extremely sketchy and tweaky they were acting. 2nd, the driver said the bill was $55 and change. Yet the bill shows $50 and change (which included delivery fee and taxes). I'm guessing she were forcing a tip on me, and not at all impressed by that. I gave her $60 and she just turned to walk away, didn't even ask if I wanted change even though she knew I gave her too much money. But her and her friend made me feel so uncomfortable, I just wanted them off my property and so didn't even bother asking for my change. 3rd, I didn't get my full order (I ordered a 2L and didn't get it). 4th, I didn't notice the wrong bill amount or missing drink until a few hours later and I emailed the store to let them know when I did to see what could be done to fix it. That was at 11am today (it's now 9pm), and I still have no response from them. Not even an acknowledgement email. They made an extra almost $15 off my order for absolutely nothing, after bringing some random druggie to my house. I hope it was worth it for them, because they just made the decision to never, ever spend any more of my money here sooooo easy to make. This used to be, hands down, the best pizza joint in this town. But, unfortunate to say, it is now one of the worst. And that's all thanks to the terrible service they've been providing their customers for the past...

Pizza Tonite's pizzas are intolerably mundane, childishly compromising, and taste like palatable chemical cardboard dipped in PFOAs and POAS, inducing a psychotic meltdown.

They truthfully cater to the cancerous and mentally neglectful! Was this never not singularly obvious in their inability to spell "Tonight"? Is it a catering to their own highlighted delusion?

If and when you desire quality in an excellent pie, or any other REAL food item of undeniable quality—traverse your fat limbs the extra distance for your extra sanity.

This establishment is a fluid bipolar mentally handicapped existential crisis in the form of a clinically diagnostic self-mutilating, pharmaceutically over-drugged DSM-5 patient, stuffing itself with its own excuses. It perfectly encapsulates a place that has no idea who it was, who it is supposed to be, and clings to the infantile stretching of the standard restaurant business model in a desperate attempt to justify its impotent understanding of service.

Their menu expansion is merely a diversion, an attempt at safe harbor from their regressive and self-sabotaging mess. From the food poisoning reviews to the every other one-star, these are the pattern rule for Pizza "Tonite" and never the exception. Have some dignity or depth of substance in your pizza spending by heeding this review.

A grotesque caricature of enforced mediocrity, this place exalts the absurdity of equality of outcome over genuine merit. It's a living warning: spread yourself too thin, and you'll drown in your own insufferable incompetence.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Not only did I not get my delivery because after my second call to see where my order was after 2 hours I decided to not bother asking where it was so I decided to cancel my order and because she had to put me on hold for about 20 seconds I knew she didn't need to call the driver to find out where it was because when I called 25 minutes earlier she told me that it was still in the oven or waiting to be picked up. Not only was she happy to cancel it ( I hadn't been rude at all) she didn't even offer to make amends . I've had numerous issues with delivery even when placing clear instructions not to come to the door at 3am and ring the doorbell but to stay in your car and I'll come out this was the last straw. Paying $50 for a pizza and fries with a delivery charge you would think they could have at least gotten one thing done correctly after 2 hours. I swear because I barely ever review or complain I'm so seriously disappointed that I'm going to make it my goal to open up a late night pizza place that will serve far better pizza at a far better price open later then pizza tonite and put them out of business cause we all know the only reason they are still around is cause they are the only ones open late....i mean the sauce is horrible....no different then tomato paste.

Everything. About their pizza seamed to change.
