Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of the staff at this location, specifically the older front man and the female manager.
The guy at the front didn’t even look at me when I let him know I had an order to pick up. He told me to check it and see if they got it right. I ordered a vegetarian pizza on one side and a pepperoni pizza on the other side and extra cheese. They put all my vegetarian sides on the meat side and when I got home found meat in my vegetarian side when I had already eaten part of it.
When I was in store I asked for a discount for the mixup and instead of doing so the guy at the front went to the back all aggressively and grabbed bags of bread and tossed them on my pizza box and say “here, will you take that”? I replied “no I don’t even know what that is and I don’t want it, I’d really prefer a discount” they then went to say they could remake it in 10 minutes which makes sense but I had an appt to get too and I live half an hour out of Pembroke. I explained that the guy at the front did what he did and the manager said “he’s not good with customer interaction” WELL WHY IS HE WORKING THE FRONT!???
I then said it’s not an excuse to be throwing bread at people and that she should talk him. She also stated “it’s hot in a here and we are all irritable” once again making excuses for the guy being aggressive towards me over a pizza
The manager then comes out and offers me a free pizza for my next visit and I initially agreed but I called back after speaking to others about this interaction and decided I’d like a refund instead of the pizza as I don’t want to go there anymore.
I said I do not want to deal with them anymore after the interaction with the front, and she said I’m not going to fire someone over one interaction when clearly it isn’t the first since she knows he not good with customer interaction and I never once asked her to fire anyone.
When I said I’d rather go to pizza pizza and not have to deal with their attitude she then proceeded to say well it goes both ways and acting like I’m in the wrong here. This is not the first time I have had issues here and when they put meat on my food I can’t eat it so I couldn’t even eat my dinner.

Read moreI visited the Little Caesars at 779 Pembroke St E around 8:15 PM, and I am beyond disappointed with the experience. Despite being the only person entering the store who wasn’t already waiting on an order, I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The staff member, while polite, seemed to lack basic customer service training. She handed out multiple orders to other customers without so much as a nod in my direction.
I placed an order for:
1 Deep Dish 3-Meat Stuffed Crust
2 Garlic & Herb Crazy Puffs
Italian Cheese Bread
2 orders of wings with BBQ sauce on the side
After waiting an outrageous 45 minutes, I was told my pizza had been “lost” — whatever that means. When it was finally “re-cooked,” they gave me a regular pepperoni pizza instead of the deep dish I ordered. The crazy puffs were bacon & cheese, not garlic & herb. The Italian cheese bread had no seasoning or parmesan, and the wings were drenched in BBQ sauce rather than served with it on the side as requested. To make matters worse, one of the boxes didn’t even have my name on it.
At one point, I even handed the staff my receipt so she could verify what I had ordered. Without asking or saying anything, she took the receipt and threw it away — a completely careless move considering the number of mistakes already happening with my order.
Later, my wife went into the store at 9:03 PM just to ask for BBQ sauce on the side, and she had to wait another 15 minutes — just for dipping sauce.
This entire experience was a mess from start to finish. Between the poor organization, wrong items, excessive wait time, and a general lack of professionalism, I’ll be avoiding this location entirely...

When I asked for a refund because they had not begun our order after 26 minutes, they refused and said they cannot issue refunds. The assistant manager could not even process a refund. Loud, inappropriate music was blasting in the back; I was glad my children were not with me to hear it. One employee referred to me as a "difficult customer" when I asked why they had not even made our pizza after 26 minutes.
