I was in recently and purchased a personal size pizza that I wasn't happy with the ingredients. The pizza and ingredients were fresh, there was just a misunderstanding regarding the toppings on it, and it contained toppings I didn't know were on it and could not eat. The owner refunded my money immediately, without any hesitation or attitude. When you observe an owner that caters and cares about their customers leaving happy--well that just speaks volumes about their character and the way they conduct business. I have been a customer for decades and will continue to frequent this bakery. Owners with integrity that appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction deserve my business. Valley Buns Bakery and Deli is an absolute gem. I grabbed the lunch box special for just $8.99, and it seriously blew me away. You get a sandwich made with super fresh ingredients (your choice of fillings), a cold salad, a tart dessert, and a drink — all for under ten bucks! Every part of the meal was delicious and clearly made with care.

On top of that, I picked up four homemade bagels for only $3.00 — which feels like highway robbery in the best way possible. Soft, fresh, and flavorful, they’re easily some of the best bagels I’ve had in a while.

This place is GOATED when it comes to price and quality. If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favour and stop in. Total...

I made an error and placed an order over the phone with the Bunsmaster in Guelph ON instead of the Pembroke store. Walked in to pick up my order and they couldn’t find my order (obviously) but they still eagerly put together what I needed.

Once I figured out my error (I had just clicked on the ‘Phone’ button in Google search without checking the address) I let them know it wasn’t their mistake - and they just laughed and said oh well, it happens! What a great business - I will always return! The buns...
