McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

Tonight at approx. 11:30pm I visited the McDonald's location and had a disappointing experience with my order. The fries were soggy and undercooked, making them inedible. The hamburger I received was a mess—it was poorly assembled with too much sauce, causing everything to slide off. To make matters worse, the burger wasn't warm upon arrival nor were the fries. This is not acceptable and should not be taken lightly.

Despite the poor quality of the food, I had a mixed interaction with the staff. The gentleman who handed me my drink was very kind and courteous, which I appreciated. However, the elderly lady who handed me my meal was quite the opposite. She practically threw my meal at me and was unpleasant throughout the interaction. A smile goes a lot further than a snarl in this industry.

Considering I paid $16 for my meal, I expected much better quality and service. It's unacceptable to receive soggy fries and a poorly made sandwich, especially when there were no other cars in front of me at the drive-thru. The employees need to take their jobs more seriously as they are handling other people's food. I strongly suggest the owners of this establishment look into their nighttime staff more closely, as it seems they do not care about the quality of service they provide to their customers.

One of my favourite fast food restaurant,except the all day breakfast is not that fresh in the evening

Edit: ever since I put a comment here, I noticed most of the new stuffs are very rude and impolite, especially to asians, a lot time when I got my food, it was way over cooked, extremely salty ,and when you order egg muffin, you could win a rock hard muffin bun with charcoal inside..... Extra patty with your burger? No problem, the staffs won’t put the extra patty in ur burger. “How about speed?” You might ask, well, 5/10 times after I ordered the food, the screen only showed one order , all the staffs are just chatting around like there’s no customer in store, packing burger while talking? Fine ,packing burger like a granny while talking? Can’t you see how packed the ordering screen are? EVERY time I ordered Uber eat from here, I either miss a bag of food, or all the extra patty burger with no extra patty, how about a salad without dressing, a drink with out straw,missing burgers and fries? One time I did received my fries I was thinking like they finally got my order right, put one in my mouth, rock hard and salty. I don’t know where y’all find all those kids to fill in your staffs, but some of them should probably just stay in their mama’s house and chat with their friends all day, but you guys really need to get yourself together ... at least get some...

Every time and I mean every time I go to this location they mess up the simplest of orders. Clearly a lack of training as well as a lack of leadership from management staff. Its always dirty inside and out, with garbages overflowing. The menu is way overpriced for what you actually get. Especially when you order a poutine & the box is not even half full. It would be nice to get fries with my gravy & cheese. Most of the time the fries are poorly cooked, you’re lucky to get them warm let alone hot. They mess up my burger order every time, even though the receipt says no pickle no onion. They do NOT give you a receipt most of the time, so I intentionally ASK FOR MY RECIPT!! I suggest others do the same as you WILL have an issue with your order. I never leave the parking lot without checking my bag FIRST!! As there have been too many times I got half way home only to realize they messed up or gave me the wrong order all together. Wait times are always long, yet most of the staff are shooting the bull and drinking coffee so-to-speak. 👉You’re better off going to Wendy’s!!! Their prices aren’t much different and the quality is a whole lot better! Wait times are descent, your order is right or they’ll make it right. You get what you paid for, not a half empty box of...
