It was really disappointing and disgusting experience. The tables were dirty, the employee was rude, food was old. I went there, Bcoz it was on my way. It was a bad decision to go there.
I am so beyond disgusted! I wish there was the ability to give negative stars!!!! My 76 year old grandmother just got out of the hospital. We ordered subs as I am taking care of her. My 85 year old grandfather has cancer as well and is not well. I had my husband pick it up before he went to work. Our subs tasted stale, half my toppings are missing. I called to speak with the manager and the lady I spoke with was the worst. She called me a liar multiple times. I have pictures to prove it, I told her how stale the bread was she again called me a liar. She then proceeded to ask what I wanted from her. I told her we paid for food and itās horrible. She told me to bring everything back because Iām lying. I explained to her that my grandmother just got home for the hospital. I am caring for her and canāt just up and leave her. She proceeded to laugh at me. I asked her why she was laughing and her response was that I donāt know what Iām talking about. I just wanted it rectified. If I wasnāt caring for my grandmother I would go in there. She was rude, claimed she was the manager and the fact that she laughed at me pissed me off even more. If she is truly the manager she needs to be taught how to properly treat people and not to hang up the phone on people!! I am DISGUSTED. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was greeted by a pleasant young lady who was cleaning the public area. when I got to the counter, I was met by a woman with long black hair in a ponytail ( just identifying the individual responsible for losing customers). In a business built on individual preferences, she is not the employee needed. I asked for 2 sandwiches. I then proceeded to ask for one sandwich to be made on the bun cut through (top and bottom). She told me they cut them all in half. I assumed she misunderstood. I then asked for my vegetables to be put on the bottom with the meat in the centre and more lettuce on top. She then informed me she could not close it. Her attitude was reinforced by her actions - throwing the lettuce on the sandwich. At this point I told her I was no longer interested in her sandwich, and left. I rarely complain about service - the person is more than likely having a bad day. This women is having a horrible life. Someone needs to assist her with a change in attitude. It is her job to serve customers. I would hope that her example of service is not what I should expect. Will...
