To start, this place is usually pretty good. I place my order online, and they have it made quickly.
Today though, that wasn't the case. I placed my order online, at 6 15. It was supposed to be ready by 6 41, a little later than usual but that's okay. I got to the location at 6 43, it was pretty busy.
I gave both mine and my bothers name for the order, as I wasn't exactly sure which one I used. The worker was clearly having trouble finding it, so I told them my order as well. I was told they found it and that it'll still be some time.
It was busy, so I understood and stepped back to wait. As the time passed I noticed more and more people both order and pickup their order after me.
At 7 13 I stepped back up and asked about my order again. The worker still had trouble with the name, so I pulled up the exact order number through me email. This time they found it! And it was sitting in their warmer, ready for pickup this entire time.
The pizza box was warm, not hot, and it had clearly been sitting for a while. The pizza itself was only slightly warm, if not cold, and I had to warm up my slices.
I was given two free dipping sauces, but even that was after I complained to them about how long it took. If I hadn't gotten up and asked for my order, I think I may have stood there for another half an hour.
All around terrible experience. I'll be ordering from the Huron Church location if I'm ever in the mind for pizza hut in the future, which will certainly be less often...

I went in with my 3 year old who is allergic to gluten and asked the girl at the counter if they have gluten free pizza for my kid and she said yes and asked me to choose a size and type. After waiting 20 mins she gave us the pizza luckily my wife tasted the pizza before giving it to my son to realize its not gluten free, when we asked her to re assure its gluten free she said yes it is and we said it does not taste like nor is it mention In the bill to which she said all of our pizzas are gluten free and we dont mention it in the receipt. That did not make sense to us, as the other pizza hut does, we asked her specifically for gluten free and she changed her statement saying everything is gluten free we asked for clarification and she called her manager who confirmed the pizzas are NOT gluten free. Read moreI ordered from Uber eats one and the offer said (buy 1 get 1 free) I contact the store prior to ordering the food if this offer was true and they did confirmed it. I then ordered and the delivery driver showed up with one pizza. So I had the delivery driver call Uber eats one and the pizza hut store on Dougall. They confirmed that they would resend two pizzas that I ordered after I went through all the stress of making my point. Now it's been over 50 mins and I have yet to receive the pizzas. Now they won't answer my phone calls and I ordered the food already. Also the service is terrible they try to blame their customers for technical issues they and the delivery services are having. They don't take accountability for their mistakes and technical errors. This is one of the worst pizza stores I have ever ordered from and I will never order from this place again. I'm writing this now because they refuse to answer my phone call. Is this the level of professionalism I can expect from a franchise like this Pizza Hut? Two thumbs...
