Burger King — Restaurant in Ontario

The customer service is horrible. Drove through the drive through last night after a long day and got home to find out we were two whoppers short of what we paid for. Had to cut up dinner to provide supper at home. Already wasn't happy paying 35.00 on fast food. We called immediately and was told 2 whopper combos would be there for us and wrote it in the book. We could not return 15 min to collect them last night. She said no problem. She was genuinely sorry for the mistake last night. Today .... is another story. Upon returning ( way out of our way) the "manager" said its their policy to give you what you were missing only. Like really? Drive out of our way to cheat them out of two fries and drinks. Really? We had already paid for the burgers yesterday. Tina "the manager" has some serious lessons to learn on customer service. Only when she got attitude did she get it back in return. Thats the thanks we got for them messing up our order! The very last time I will spend money at Burger King for myself or my kids or anyone else I can spread the word to. If i could have put 0 stars I would have. Long live Mcdonalds or anything...

First, the staff(cashier) was so angry and frustrated, when I asked her what’s the price, she just punted out to te menue and se said look up there! Seriously?!!! Is it the customer service?!! And she talked with her coworkers and other cuatomers in a bad way! She was full of negative energy! Second, I ordered a burger and a coke! The burger taste was awful! I dislike Burger King and I never go back to any burger king! Their quality decreases a lot. Also the coke taste was weird, it seems somebody mix tide with the coke. I couldn’t finish my burger and I put my coke in the garbage! Such a waste of time and money! I just liked the fries! But you can go to many other places and try a good fries for sure! My point is unhealthy food is unhealthy and it’s your choice but at least you want to enjoy it while eating not expecting if a bad taste!!!! Never my husband and I go to any burger kings, specially this one...

It's been a while since I visited this location. I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich meal. It was warm and tasted fine, but it was slightly dried out and it seemed like it had been under a warming lamp for some time. Still edible but not freshly cooked. I do understand that some people don't want to wait for a fresh cooked meal but for those who choose to dine in, I think the restaurant could improve their service by offering a fresher product to those patrons.

One last small gripe. A side door had been propped open, probably by staff, and I saw two hornets that had entered the restaurant and were trying to escape through a window less than four feet from where I was sitting. I'm allergic to stings so I reported it to the person behind the counter on my way out. I can only hope he arranged for the door...
