McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

This McDonalds always seems to annoy me, but last week was the last straw. I've been using the McDonalds app as its convenient and saves me from getting out of my car. I ordered 2 happy meals for mchappy day around 9 PM. I arrived to the designated parking space, ordered, put in that I was in parking spot "2", and waited. Other locations are usually really good and bring food out in 5 or so minutes. I wasn't really doing anything and would have saw if an employee came outside with food. 10+ minutes later I'm starting to get anxious and look inside and see all of the employees talking at the register. I decide to go in because it seems like they forgot my order, and I see two happy meals sitting on the edge of the counter. I asked if they had a mobile order and they go "oh, ya, we went outside but didnt see anyone"..... you can see the "2" parking space from inside, and I could see the counter from my car. They didnt even try to come bring the food outside. Won't be going back because of this, more than the usual amount of times their ice cream machine is down, old soggy fries, and sassy...

Came here at a nice 1:30AM. The food was impeccable. Almost guaranteed best McDonald’s experience ever had in London Ontario. The fries. Don’t get me started on the fried. Perfectly crispy, and I kid you not, all uniform long stringy ones. Is that even possible?? Absolutely golden beauties. Ordered a Big Mac with no sauce, perfectly executed. Amazing period. McDouble was insane. Cheese melted superbly. I must say the jr chicken was a bit under expectation after the others. But still good, and most likely got bad as it was so fresh and ended up steaming on the drive home. Overall great experience. Also, sofa machine calibrated great. They most definitely followed guidelines. Would come again. Also worker was nice and gave us mad ketchup packets. Didn’t catch the name though. But yeah, saw the 3.5 and knew right away to post a review. Maybe morning ain’t it, but late night, it’s culinary perfection. Here is picture of food after getting totally destroyed because it...

The first picture is what the sandwich should look like, and is how it looks when I get it from Oxford and Wonderland or from Western Rd McDonalds stores. At Sherwood they make it upside down on the bun, meaning they use the bottom of the bun as the lid and its just not the same because of this. As a former employee (3 years) of that location and the Oxford and Wonderland store I know how it should be made. Reversing the buns doesn't sound so bad but honestly it's not hard to just get it right. Make it like the picture shows and is advertised and you have happier customers. How hard can it be? Really..... 🤔
