My goodness where do I start. Our family ordered by phone, 3 XL pizzas and cheese bread. At the end of the call I was told it would come to $46 and we could pick it up in 20 minutes.
My husband went to pick up the order and had to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of the 20. When he gave the name and phone number the order was under the cashier told him I only ordered 2 pizzas. When I called to let them know we had a pizza missing, the phone operator could see the order should have been 3 pizzas. I asked them to deliver the missing pizza as I wasn’t going to have my husband go back and wait another hour. They said they could deliver but they had to charge for the 3rd pizza. I told them upon ordering initially that I was told it was $46 and I shouldn’t be charged for the 3rd pizza after all the mistakes they made. I even offered to pick it up if they would agree on the $46 they initially told us the charge would be. They refused to make their mistake right. In addition, we ordered XL pizzas which is 12 slices, and you can see a picture I’ve attached what counted as a slice.. overall worst pizza experience...
Read moreI've had nothing but bad experiences at this particular Pizza Pizza. Staff are always grumpy and toss the product on the counter. One time I ordered two panzo' with a friend. We decided to eat in the restraunt. We both only ate half and asked for another box to the 2nd one in as they were going to two separate homes. They refused to give us a box and said they can give us a plastic bag to put the second one in. After asking to speak with the manager who was extremely rude, he referred me to the owner. I called the owner of this pizza pizza 5 times with in a week span and he never got back to me. Over all this pizza pizza location had terrible service and the food was just alright. I will never come back to this location and have told everyone I know to avoid pizza from here. Customer service is number one in my eyes even before the food. First impressions are a big deal and make a establishment and this location has...
Read moreI was at the Toronto Maple Leafs game yesterday and got the promo of a free slice because they scored first. Today (with the promo still valid) I went here and presented it to the person working today. He first looked confused, but then after understanding tells me "We do not have a cheese or pepperoni slice right now." as he points to an empty shelve where pizza slices are. I asked him "Are you gonna make any more?" which he straight up replies "no". It is 8:00pm and they close at 3:00am. Why would you not make more slices? Completely baffled I leaved and he tells me "sorry"? You are not sorry. Your job is to make pizza and you refused to do so.
My business will never go to Pizza Pizza again, nothing but unfortunate times where there has been terrible service.
EDIT: Have to love the generic response too about my experience. Knowing nothing will...
