I recently visited Tim Hortons and was impressed by their quick service and friendly staff. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was top-notch. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons location to others.
Update: As a frequent visitor to Tim Hortons, I recently visited and had a mixed experience. While the coffee was fine, the cookie did not satisfy my craving and had lost most of its freshness. However, the bagel with cream cheese was good, although the cream cheese could have been spread with more care.
The long line up at the location was a little frustrating, but it was not unusual for Tim Hortons. The line moved quickly, and I was soon at the front, ordering my usual coffee and a cookie. Unfortunately, the cookie I received did not meet my expectations. It was dry and had lost most of its freshness. The taste was still okay, but it did not satisfy my craving for a fresh and chewy cookie.
On the other hand, the bagel with cream cheese that I ordered was good. The bagel was fresh and toasted to perfection. The cream cheese, however, could have been spread with more care. It seemed to be carelessly applied, with some parts having more cream cheese than others, resulting in a lumpy and uneven texture.
Despite the mixed experience, I still appreciate Tim Hortons as a brand. They offer a variety of food and drink options, and their prices are reasonable. Their coffee is typically good, and I've only had to exchange it a handful of times. Their bagels are always fresh. However, I think they could improve in certain areas, particularly in their baked goods.
One area that Tim Hortons could improve in is the freshness of their baked goods. While the bagel was fresh, the cookie was not. It would be great if they could ensure that all of their baked goods are fresh, particularly for customers who are looking for a quick snack or dessert.
Another area that Tim Hortons could improve in is the care they take in preparing their food. While the bagel with cream cheese was good, the cream cheese could have been spread with more care. A little more attention to detail would have gone a long way in ensuring a better overall experience for customers.
Overall, I would still recommend Tim Hortons to others. Despite the mixed experience, their coffee and bagels are consistently good, and their prices are reasonable. While there are areas that they could improve in, they are still a great option for a quick bite or a...
Read moreThis coffee shop, has several staff, way more than the other Timmy's I have visited and purchased from, yet their timeliness is awful. I bought a raisin tea biscuit. I asked for it, to be toasted. I waited for 20 mins. When I asked why it was taking so much longer than I am used to, the cashier or clerk named Cassandra, rudely responded. I then, asked to just get a refund, as I needed to go somewhere important...my doctor's office...and she rudely gave me my money...Three days after, I came back with my husband, for breakfast, and she was better, but while I was in line, I could hear her talking to one co worker, who was making sandwiches, looking at me and saying, "the lady who....". I thought that was another rude gesture, on her part. I filled out an review form and included my name and phone, on the spot where it says, "if you want the manager/management, to contact you. It is already 6:35, Wednesday afternoon, 2 days after, I have not heard from any of the management staff. One of the supervisors/superiors was there on Monday and I gave her the filled out form. I do not know, if she just discarded that piece of paper and just ignored my complaint, or if the owner or the top management, is away. I will not leave it like this though. As per another customer who was in line, after me, this Cassandra, was also very rude to him on a few occasions. I am going to personally talk to the owner, in the future, if and when I see him in the Fanshawe/Hyde Park location (we know the owner as we have lived in the Whitehills area from 1995, onward...The timeliness, needs +++ improvement, the accuracy of the order, definitely, needs +++ improvement and is upsetting. They all need to pay more attention to detail, especially when inputting the orders. I never ask for anything with butter, and I always say, butter on the side, then I would receive it, generously buttered (drenched). ...
Read moreRude and extremely slow service. Waited at drive thru to give my order. NO other car was there! Waited about 5 mins and even said “hello? Anyone there?”. Finally a guy said what would you like. No “hello welcome to Tim Hortons” or anything welcoming. I ordered a sandwich, apple fritter and pop. I pull up to the pick up window and right away tells me to park. No explanation or apology. I said no I will wait here at the window. There were zero cars! He didn’t say anything. He gave me my apple fritter and pop after about 3 minutes. I waited… and waited. Then he gave me my sandwich with no “sorry about the wait”. You could see inside the store and there were NO customers!!! I then said I have never waited so long for a simple order . He then said “well don’t come back then!”. I know Tim Hortons is getting worse since not being a Canadian company anymore but come on… almost 10 minutes!!! I don’t usually go to Tim Hortons but this definitely was the worst service. Telling a customer to not come back? Wow. I wasn’t rude or anything! If you’re having a bad day or are short staffed then let the customer know!!! You’ve lost a customer and for those reading, I hope you don’t visit...
