The worst part: To discuss my yesterday's horrible experience Someone by the name "Salma" called me today Apr26th thrice on my mobile at 4.47pm, 4.53pm and 4.58pm, from an Unknown Caller Private Number. She Didnt leave any message on my Voice Mail. I didnt pick up twice as it was an Unknown Caller Private Number. I Picked up on her 3rd consecutive call attempt. She Claimed to be the 'Manager' of this Store. She was absolutely Non-Understanding, Didn't Show Any Empathy At All. Didn't Apologize Even Once for my yesterday's horrible Experience. Rather 'Bluntly' said 'We are Not Bound to Carry' those items at the time you want as these are "Optional Items". What!!!??? for Heaven's Sake it is Evening time / Dinner Time 6.30pm -- when do you want me to have a Cheese Tea Biscuit or a Cheese Croissant with Tea or Coffee?? if not at 6.30pm then when?? At 11 am in the morning when I'm at work or at 2.30am late in the night when I'm fast asleep??? I really admire her remarkable Intelligence and Common Sense. This So Called Manager too Needs to Undergo Training in Customer Service. When the Manager Exhibits "Terrible" Customer Service , what can you expect from Subordinates and Staff?? Shameful ! Back to Zero Star from 5 Stars: Today April 25, 2023 at around 6.30pm at Dinner Time, I had the Worst Experience Ever. Cheese Croissant and Multigrain/12 Grain Bagel were Not Available, Cheese Tea Biscuit Not Available, 1/2 of varieties of Doughnuts were Not Available. This is supposed to be a 24hr Store and 1/2 of the items Arent Available At Dinner Time???? Racks are Empty??? I've posted images on Twitter. Moreover the Staff Member Ms Raman was Very Rude, and Highly "Argumentative"! She Exhibited Poor CustomerServiceSkills. She thus needs to undergo Training in Customer Service , here in Canada. 1st Principle of Customer Service is, "Never Argue With Your Customer". And then she says, "We don't bake anything after 3pm"! Read moreI usually dont have a problem when I go here. But this 1 star is based on my experience today because it was that bad. I waited in line and ordered a soup, sandwich and a tea. As I was waiting for it to be made I was handed my sandwich and tea. But no soup. I waited a little because I thought maybe someone forgot it. I asked and was told that the lady never rang it through even after asking for it with my food and telling her what size I wanted and what bun I wanted with it. I was told very rudely by 2 girls that I would have to go and line up again. Even after waiting in line already, by the way the line is almost out the door now. I tell them that this is ridiculous because I stood in line and they told me that I never ordered it. So I went back in line and was forced to order the same soup twice now. I was with no exaggeration in line ups and waiting for food for 20 minutes. This is not acceptable and I am beyond mad with how they handled the situation. No one apologized or anything about what happened. They didnt even look up my order to double check. And I would have just left but I called in sick to work today and my only purpose for going to Tim hortons today was for soup and tea. The sandwich wasnt even for me. Horrible customer...
Read moreI come here everyday because it's the only Tim's by my work. U ever waited 20 min for a coffie. Or had ur order forgotten about for so long that u had to ask for a refund because u wasted ur whole lunch break and couldn't wait any longer. This is the worst Tim's I've ever gone to. Efficiency is poor employees are improperly trained. There will be 6 ppl standing talking and 1 trainee doing all the work messing everything up
Update. 3 years later same thing never changed. Especially during the morning shifts. I've been ripped off here so many times .. ya its only a few dollars each time but it adds up. Literally have watched 8 ppl get served before me who ordered after me. I've watched the shift leader or manager as they call them 🤔 stand there and do nothing but get mad at employees who are behind. As a team leader u are the one to set the standard u should be the hardest working most efficient employee in there. But that's not the case poor communication and team leading skills. If drivethrough has 15 cars and inside had 15 customers there should be a switch in employee roles during these high traffic times. 1 person making food for drivethrough , 2 tills and online orders while 5 people take turns filling up coffie cups...
