The Service wasn't as good as it usually my order was wrong got a Quarter pounder when order Big Mac. Forgot tge brownies that I added to try there new baked goods line it wasn't the greatset to tell you the truth...I still went to counter to be served by human as the touch screen self-serve was an option it wasn't catered to suit my request ir needs at that time. The customers were loud and almost represented a youth Centre. The employees were less then impressed but choose to ignore and allow..Which caused unhappy unconfortable customers, they lossed business and were distracted by the disturbance and to tell you the truth I couldn't get out of there quick enough. If you have children or mature company this might not be the best suited environment as its usually over runner with youth to young adults and this place is clearly there place to be meet up, "hangout". Which privides s safe environment for them and give this astablishments service and money in there tills. But They really should re-examine what type of environment they are trying to give to there customers and better cater to the needs of there customers while they are there. McDonald's is going thru a Maga shift change in there organization and with there fanchise chain as it trys to incorporate new ideas and more effective service but maybe they are aren't touching the local market and there local customers needs and desires. I can say the changes and new items incorporated aren't exactly the talk of the nabourhood, no suggestions or omg have you tried this... So is it really something they should be doing Or have they marketed the local area all wrong. Even there employees lack the product knowledge when you ask a question. about something your Interested in but not quite sure about they just don't know and haven't tried. There employees are not excited anymore and the representation that use to be there...well its legging and I wonder if they even enjoy working for this company do they believe in what they are selling and serving. A bunch of misses in my option. I hope they can get it together and make the necessary changes. It would really be nice to see All Day Breakfast options as some locations have. Read moreThe washroom facilities at the location are extremely dirty. Articles of clothing, other miscellaneous items strewn on the floor of the stalls, and around the floor near the sinks. Also, blackened tinfoil pieces around the floor of the stalls. I walked in, and immediately after seeing all this, I turned to leave. However, another customer started yelling at me - I did not respond. I walked around the yelling customer, which was hard to do in such a tiny space, and I can't explain how terrified I was feeling inside, but of course, I didn't let it show. I found a manager to try to discuss this incident with however I didn't get very far into my story when she responded with a very short, terse, "I am aware of the dirty washroom and I called someone to come clean it. You do not have to tell me how dirty it is. " Is this the current state of customer service at McDonald's now? I do not frequently go to this or any McDonald's, but I'm hoping this manager is just young and/or inexperienced. I thought that she would want to know the current state of her restaurants' washroom facilities and also what was going on in there. And I thought she would want to know there was someone threatening other customers in the washroom. I certainly will not be returning to this or any McDonald's, and I also will absolutely NOT be stepping foot in another McDonald's washroom. I will also recommend to others not to continue to frequent McDonald's restaurants and definitely not to use the washrooms. Read moreGenerally good food. Sometimes fries aren't fresh enough. Frequently have to drive back to have orders fixed. Sometimes they aren't even done right the second time. Tonight for example my bacon AND crispy chicken were missing from my sandwich, a "seriously chicken BLT with mozzarella". Went back to have it remade, handed the cashier the box stating my order exactly as quoted, asked the manager to use the same bun as I'm less 10 minutes away(when actually that was my way of making sure they can't mess up and place the wrong cheese) he then asked crispy or grilled and I replied "crispy please, with bacon". There was no need to see my receipt as the cashier recognized me from 15 minutes earlier and I'm quite sure one of the management recognized me as my wife and I frequent this location. So, as stated I mentioned twice there was to be bacon on my sandwich and at the time I didn't feel like asking for replacement fries as I usually do. I get home and open the box to find the bacon was still missing and therefore can't even trust a McDonald's manager to take direction and make a sandwich correctly. As I was not going to drive out a third time my wife took out our receipt and proceeded to attempt calling this McDonald's. They hung up or let the call ring through 3 times. Completely unacceptable. We know this location has a shared owner with another I won't mention and we will be lodging complaints in person. The managers are generally quite polite and accommodating while other employees are generally nice but the bad days definitely show. Gone are the days when...
