Pita Pita Plus — Restaurant in Ontario

Great food.. My only advice to this gem is to not go when it's busy or before closing.

The meat is delicious when cooked and cut from the spit; when the restaurant is busy they're forced to cut uncooked meat off the spit and quickly fry it at another station which turns this delicacy into a terrible fast food experience causing the meat to be tough and grizzly.

I was excited when they renovated but in all honesty it turned out awful in respect to the functionality of where you place your order. A single lane way takes the traffic of guests waiting in line to order, guests preparing their orders, guests waiting for orders to finish, guests coming and going from the rest rooms and if that wasn't enough, the only garbage can which also serves as a utensil station is placed at front of this area.

It would also be nice if they spent the time to make new price menus instead of crossing out old prices with new ones, mildly embarrassing and insulting to look at.

This is the worst shawarma place to go to, I bought a plate, and they take my my money, and then tell me twenty more mins, they then tell me it’s going to be 10 more with no apology, the owners son then gives me attitude. Man this business has gone down hill, all you hear is there annoying language being yelled back to each other, if it’s not that they’re taking their sweet time with customers, asking you to repeat your order again and again because they’re too busy talking, tables are always dirty which is the reason I always got my food to go, you ask for kebabs and they’re not consistent, this is ridiculous service, I don’t know who supports this business but they need to reconsider and see there’s better businesses to eat this food in London. I just got my refund and left, I also sat on the seat and got pricked by a thing sticking out on there seat, totally unprofessional place. Worst place in London, read this review before going to this disgusting place.

Me and my friend went there to take out food, the guys who was making my Falafel wrap had some hearing issue, as we ordered 5 wraps, my husband asked him to put some initials on the wrap and he didn’t hear that so my husband told him again, not sure what happened but when he left that place one guy came out of this place, introduced himself as Son of owner, and he started yelling at us for no reason. My friend tried to explain him that we just asked his staff to put some initials on the wrap but this guy did not listen anything, swearing and yelling at us, felt really humiliating and will never ever eat at this place again. Worst customer service, disrespectful staff.
