Decided to give this place a try. Lunch time. It's carry out only. No tables. Vast menu.

We ordered a Pops chicken wrap meal $17.95. Comes with drink and fries. The chicken wrap was really disappointing. Not much chicken or ingredients in the wrap. Really small and not worth the money in my opinion. Although my daughter did like the taste of the small amount of chicken pieces that were in the wrap. Fries not so good.

Also ordered a chicken chunk value meal. $11.50 with drink. Only received 2 chicken chunks. The digital display in store shows 4 chunks of chicken. Online shows 4.

I called the store to mention it and after being put on hold the employee told me they changed it from 4 to 2. I said well you should change your sign in store to reflect that change and online.

She took my number to get back to me and ask her manager about it because she said she didn't really know. Still waiting for a call back. Not that I really wanted someone for someone to call me back. I just wanted to let them know of the error. But since she came up with the new sudden change? I figured I'd give her my number.

Although my son said he liked the flavour of the 2 chunks. He said it was a little salty but tasted good. He didn't like the fries.

Ordered the triple cheesy bacon fries. Jumbo $14.95. We didn't care for them. Not worth the money.

Ordered 2 traditional chicken sandwiches value meal bundle. $20. Comes with fries.

The sandwiches were huge but the chicken patties seem to be processed chicken not a whole breast piece.

It was ok. Barely any mayo. So it was dry. I had to add some mayo at home. The small amount of shredded lettuce was wilted and turned brown. I took most of it off. I'm guessing it was due to the hot chicken maybe? The taste ok. The price was ok for those but I wouldn't order them again.

The other franchise chicken places have better chicken sandwiches. The side of fries for both combos was substantial but we didn't care for the fries. Maybe we should have ordered gravy for them and then they may have tasted better.

Also charging $6 to for a can of pop and side of fries I think is ridiculous.

You're paying $12.95 for a chicken wrap that is underwhelming. It doesn't compare to other popular chicken wrap places known for their wraps. I won't mention their name.

The wrap we received was barely half the size or amount of chicken. The quality and amount of the chicken breast here is no comparison to other places.

Overall not impressed. We paid over $70. I don't think the quality is there...

Route staff, run down restaurant, horrible food. You might as well wrap a waffle around a chicken nugget there’s so much better. There’s so much oil in the food. Trust me you’re better off eating at Popeyes or KFC. I still don’t understand how they says Healthier choice in Restaurant store sign. is absolutely disgusting that A business owner can actually turn around and try and claim that the reviews that are being submitted or submitted from a competitor and not take a look at the actual negative responses to their horrible establishment. I put you on notice that you have defamation of character listed in your statement and, you refused to acknowledge the fact that your place is absolutely rundown, horrible, and unfriendly staff. Your food is subpar and there is a reason you’re not busy anyone anyone who reads this avoid this place like the plague it is absolutely disgusting. I had a Google account for years , and I have placed reviews all over the place to try and justify the lack of quality and service by copying and pasting the exact same message to people over and over again claiming that it is some distractible person is an absolute joke. I hope you know that everyone reads them and knows that you sound foolish and knowledgeable, and the fact that your management skills are so poor that you choose to blame it on people purposely sabotaging shame on you and shame on your business. You do not deserve to be open And exactly what is wrong with the fast food industry so blame away your problems so blame your horrible service pretend that it’s people who actually just trying to bring down your establishment or maybe take a good look at your business and the pictures and acknowledge the fact that your place is horrid . Stay away from this place as much as you can as it is not worth the money. The food is horrid and Management refuses to see the problems. Again, take a look at my reviews over the last years and years if you think this was a long name in order for me to , set up an account years and years ago to attack the quality of you. I came here around 5 30pm today and my total came up to around $52 with tax

This was our first time here and we were excited to try the food ... but unfortunitly we did not enjoy it.

I ordered 10 wings with lemon pepper dry rub ...couldn't even taste it.

Popp salad with chicken ... it came with a dressing on it that my mom nor I , not my 12 year old liked. It honestly tasted like nail polish, did not like at all and it really ruined the salad and poutine so we pushed it away and did not eat it.

Garlic Parm fries with no chicken also had this sauce on it so that's another thing we stopped eating .

Also, after I cashed out I tried to sign up because the screen said I had 10000 tokens... and the cashier cleared the screen before I could even begin to fill out anything and I did not recieve my receipt.

My mother called and spoke to the manager , he was very rude with us and refused to refund just those items ( mind you we did have more food in our order) and refused to just replace those items without the gross sauce that ruined our food. He did not care about us jot coming back and got loud and argumentstive with my mother and threatened to hang up many times even though my mother was talking calmly and eventually he did hang up..
