Good Time Charly Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

A group of us Went there last week Thursday on karaoke night... My friend entered the contest..sang their warm up... Sang their entry one... Was fabulous.. A few others were great as well... The Elvis singer in our group opinion was the best.. But who advanced were 3 girls... Friends of the 3 drunk judges.... Charlie's said... Jai who is a female as well the owner... 50 % was up to judges.. Who were advertised as local experienced musicians... But we're not.. Just 3 drinking women.. And 50% was up to the crowd... For votes.. Well folks.. The crowd wasn't consulted.. We had no say... The 3 girls were seen chumming it up with the intoxicated friend judges..throughout.. Hi 5 ING .. The 3 girls.. Werent all that good.. There was alot better talent.. No mystery that their friends will win the 1000 dollar prize... No doubt the owner is in on it... She's a girl too... Charlie's has changed so much from its original owners... This is run crooked and unfair... We will not be ever stepping foot in that place again... I advise you all to stay away... Because... It really is all about who you know... Not about real talent..... Very dissapointed... You would have to be blind to see what transpired...if they ran the contest fairly... Elvis and a few better talents would be in the finals... When you see them advertising for a contest again... Rest assured it...

Me and my husband stopped in at 750pm for some wings on Monday evening and we sat on the patio there was only 3 table outside with customers and 2 inside and 2 waitresses working however we sat on patio for 20 and no one even came to pur table to service us at all. They both came out to deliver food to the other tables and no once came over to see what we wanted to order so after 20 mons I asked to speak to a manager and I guess they don't have one and when I told the waitress what I was asked to speak to manager about she didn't seem to care about pur experience and I have been calling everyday to speak to the owner and I can't reach him and I'm told there is no manager to speak to this has me so disappointed in the business as they are usually good for service but not on this day!!! How very sad that they that their customers...

Never got to try the food. We called for pickup to try the wings everyone kept telling us to try. We called approximately 6:00pm Wednesday August 6th. 4 people for wings pickup. The girl who answered the phone advised they have ran out of chicken wings and we would need to go somewhere else. Before we had the change to say we would just order something else then, she hung up on us. We were so blown away by how rude and disrespectful she was. Would have loved to try something else! Never again will I even attempt to eat here. That's not how you treat people. Especially just moving across the street and we thought, hey this looks like it will be a regular...
