Ciao Caffe — Restaurant in Ontario

Was great until was asked to pretty much leave....I'm half Hungarian and serb...this place always makes me feel like I'm back at home with my parents...their food is great, service too until today.

I'm a busy working mom, and I come to write once every couple weeks on my laptop, my 5 mins of peace from my crazy busy life. I'm a good customer as I pay $30-$50 per visit usually, I always pick a small table.

Today by a new waitress I was asked to move tables if it got busy (there's many tables) "We don't want the cafe to have a library vibe" among a few other choice words she said, I've seen people, groups of them sit there longer than me.

How unfortunate because I really did love this place. No, I shouldn't have to move, I wasn't hurting the establishment in any way. How disrespectful and rude. I won't...

We came to this place because it had a very good rating, 4.8 out of more than 500 is a good sign, but our experience was not what we expected. We ordered two desserts to take away, they really weren't fresh, I don't know how many days old they were, the refrigerator or display where they were looked dirty, trying them was very disappointing, honestly they taste very bad, there is no balance, they feel old and have a taste of when they have been in the refrigerator for a long time and more smells mix. The customer service was excellent i was hesitant to post my review because the customer service was so amazing, the drinks are good I had 3 different ones, one was amazing the other 2 were alright the sandwich was very plain and bland no real taste, my dessert was pretty hard and was definitely weird tasting, my husband's was better than mine not sure how long they sat in that fridge for, parking is horrible, the place is kind of small if I return I'll only be back for a hot drink and the customer service
