My reasoning for 4 stars is the number of flies that were present during my visit here. And the glass store front brings in a lot of heat, it wasn't uncomfortably hot but it was definitely warm. Maybe putting a horizontal strip of tint at the top perimeter of the windows or tinting the entire window, not too dark that you can't see through it, but just something minimal to help, and turning up the A/C.

Other than those two issues, the customer service was great, very polite, and friendly staff. I ordered a BELT, and it was great. Everything was fresh. I also ordered a cappuccino, and it was perfect.

The little play area for kids is a nice touch as it is on the small side, and the owner is willing to sacrifice some square footage to give toddlers...

The Outpost Cafe is a warm and welcoming place, the sort of small eatery you’d find in the city. Located in downtown Prescott, a charming town of around 5,000, it’s a short stop from HWY 401.

The cafe is bright and busy with locals. Friendly staff offer suggestions and besides hot drinks, they serve a selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

I’m eating the Apple Brie and chicken on toasted multigrain bread. The apple is crispy, chicken tender, and the homemade fig jam makes for a delicious combo. The price is reasonable and it’s definitely worth it.

After eating you can stretch your legs with a stroll down to the...

Came across the outpost on google while driving from Ottawa to Toronto, and we decided to stop in since the reviews were great. It exceeded our expectations! The staff were exceptionally warm and kind, the food and coffee were amazing, and the prices were reasonable. We also made sure to buy a few buttons for their button program, which is such a great initiative that allows community members to get free or discounted meals. Would HIGHLY recommend the outpost for anyone looking for a coffee or a bite to eat in Prescott. What a...

This place is breath of fresh air from a world of chaos. Came across this while passing by through a Google search and liked the look of the photos and ambiance. Wasn’t disappointed. Had a very high quality coffee and breakfast panini. The level of care and attention to detail on the food was incredible. The story behind this place is even better. Stop by and check it our for yourself and take a moment to restore your life.

My husband found this café for lunch when we stopped by on our way back to Toronto. It was such a lovely place that we ended up spending a few hours there. The pumpkin spice matcha latte and apple brie panini were amazing 🎃🥪. I loved the little boy playing the 🎹 , and the staff were super 😊. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area.
