Too expensive like a 7 star hotel The guy must be out of his mind Fooling people by selling seekh Kababs that come frozen in stores that are $8 for pack of 16 pcs He is selling 2 pcs for $15 Is that a joke or something!!! Bihari Kababs were not cooked chewy and tasteless And we ended up paying $130 for 2kids and 1 adult Not going back there ever Note to owner: get down to the real world and stop ripping people off. No wonder your restaurant was empty on a Saturday night!! You think fooling 10 people a day you are doing good business but in reality they would never come back !! You are not earning returning customers and slowly you will run out of them.
Update I think I touched a nerve there Now when I exposed what you are doing you suddenly become rude by saying that I have not been to a 7 star đ Keep continuing your arrogance and you will never grow your business We have seen many going down just coz they canât take fair and honest feedback The order I made at your restaurant was total worth not more than $60 in 99% of the competitive restaurants in Ontario But you wonât get it as you donât know how to respond to customers and work with true feedbacks
Update again: I had some hope that you might improve your attitude with honest feedback but looks like you were not raised with those values. Your kind of rip offs con customers who are less vocal and get intimidated from people like you .. Iâm not and you canât suppress honest people like me ! Trust me YOU CANNOT!! We are in hundreds and thousands!! Internet is an open space for everyone to know the truth and we will keep exposing your kind of manner less arrogant people. Your tone and talk reflects your low mentalityâŚ...
Read moreThe service is terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. We went to the restaurant on a Sunday around 12.15 pm. The place was only moderately busy. After we were seated, it took the waitress 10 minutes to come to our table to hand us the menus only to tell us to place the orders at the front desk/cashier. We could have save time had we been told this right when we were seated. Next, their online menu says that lunch is served from 12-3 on weekends, but we were told that they were still only serving breakfast and lunch wasn't available. This was disappointing but we stuck on. When I placed the order, I asked how long it would take and I was told 15 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes and there was still no sign of food. So I went up to the front desk and asked about the status of our order. The hostess was apologetic but clearly did not have a clue as to what was happening with our order. After a minute or two of scrambling, she finally pulled up our order and then told us it would take another 10-15 minutes. They hadn't even started on our order!!!! I told them to cancel the order and just left. Clearly, the place is mismanaged. Their staff is untrained and the kitchen cannot keep up. If you know wait times are going to be long be upfront about it. Customers don't mind waiting for good food and we understand that restaurants get busy but at least be honest. Don't try to keep customers on the hook by telling them the wait time is short and then not deliver ! I was excited to try the food but I am clearly never going to...
Read moreGot an order from Uber eats today and the food was good, not perfect but still good. Good to finally see a pakistani restaurant in London. I got the Nihari and Beef biryani. Oil leaked from packaging which could be better taken care of but it could be due to delivery too. Nihari wasn't the best I would say about half of the beef pieces were fatty. If one was inside that's ok, but having more than that it is too much. The nihari garnishes (e.g. the chilies, ginger, coriander, etc) could be placed on the outside in a ziploc bag for example instead of being in the same container as the gravy to stay fresh. It was a bit too much oil, but the gravy overall was tasty. The beef biryani tasted great and was well made. There were fatty beef pieces similar to the nihari. Maybe one piece is ok but more than that is too much - it should be trimmed or limited. Naan was tasty and fluffy when it arrived and highly recommended. I also got chai which could have been better packaged than in a cup such as in a bowl container but was still good. I got the food as a gift where they wrote the message beautifully on a card which was much appreciated from the sender and myself. I would recommend this restaurant as it is good food, just change a few small things to make it better for the customer. I will probably mention these things when ordering next time. I'll visit again and change my rating if those small things are...
