Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered contactless delivery and prepaid. Delivery driver didn't notice this and left with my order because I couldn't answer door. After multiple phone calls of being denied a refund the order showed up again 2+ hours late (at this point I don't have time to recieve/eat or want a 2 hr old order, and have already been requesting a refund) The delivery driver claims the Manager already told them they'd refund me; which was new as they previously kept telling me to use the non-existing pizza hut canada customer service (literally does not exist, the number is out of service and cannot be found online) Another hour and a half passed and store is about to close so I call to check on my refund and this time I'm told the Manager doesn't believe we are entitled for it? Despite paying and not receiving an order, but are told they will call back the next day. They have already said they'll call back 3 times and never have so after them being open for a couple hours with no call I tried calling and didn't even get through. It's unfortunate as we often order from this Location but will not be anymore, unacceptable service and plenty of Pizza choices in town instead.

Ordered delivery, 30 minutes late, called and found out driver left "awhile ago" with multiple orders, and my food was just out touring around the town, upon delivery, the kid handed me the whole delivery bag, and left, figuring they needed it back, I decided I'd drop it off my next time out, sat down to eat my late, less then hot food, and the driver calls telling me he needs his bag now, so my meal is now interuppted on top of being late and cold. When I expressed my discontent with the owner, I was offer a free cookie in my next order.........
