Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

I have a bad history about this place when I was doing my exchange. When I was in Canada last year I was surprised by the fact that the Canadian are very polite and welcoming.( Well, at this day I saw who is not everyone that is) but when I arrived at this place (Subway) what is in front of school that I studied (DCVI), I was very poorly received. One day me and some friends who were also doing an exchange we decided to know a little more about how the Subway fast food system works in Canada. We were still getting used to the country's climate. that day it was below 0 °c. We decided to wait for one our friends who was inside to know about the price. we were waiting at the door outside and a Canadian woman asked for excuse to enter and we gave her. She was polite but we don't know what was coming. She searched Subway supervisor inside and said that we were making a mess and preventing her from passing the door. Which was totally untrue, the supervisor he was very rude to us. And said to us to leave the place with an aggressive tone. That was our worst experience in...

Today I went to subway with my son Aden. My son has cerebral palsy and he struggles with decision making skills, and his speech is sometimes difficult to understand. Especially with a mask on. Mackenzie works at subway, and she attends the same high school as my son. Today Mackenzie, made me bawl my eyes out in the parking lot!! This young lady is nothing shy of incredible. She was genuinely engaged in friendly conversation. She was very kind hearted, and patient with my son. I can not thank this girl enough for how much she warmed my heart. You are such a beautiful gift to this world and made a helluva great meatball...

This location seems to only ever have young students working with very little guidance - didn't know how to use the till to apply a gift card (then had attitude about it), made a sandwich incorrectly/didn't know how to make a basic sub order, slow slow service. Also watched flies on my sub that was sitting in the opening of the garbage hole while waiting for the previous customer to get his order rung up. Have been going to this location for years but the service has gotten progressively worse. Won't...
