Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

I was on my way to Ottawa and decided PizzaHut at this location as a waypoint. We were so much disappointed when we saw the image attached. We were a company of four and we took one slice each. While I was half way done with my slice I noticed a hair in the pizza slice I was eating. Called the server and she apologized and asked us if we would need a new pizza? Do you think we are still gonna eat your hair? (Sarcasm). She quickly tried to pick it up so that I could not take a picture of it, but somehow I managed to click it. Attaching the pictures of the slice and a proof that we were there on June 16th. Can't attach the whole receipt as it has details on it. She brought a new pizza and then told us she removed the price of garlic bread. Not sure how would it make sense that there was a problem with your pizza but they took the price of garlic bread off! When I hear about PizzaHut, Hygiene is the thing that I fell for as Pizza Hut is generally clean and good. Goodluck to others who wants to enjoy...

Walk In and 2 staff members standing by cash register... they don't even bother to walk around to seat us.... they asked us if we wanted buffet then what we wanted to drink....i commented on how is like to sit first and she responded with that's not how we do it gere.... really it's not bc every Monday when I come in the other server is amazing and does her frigging job. I've been a server for 15 years and this was a horrible experience ur staff should be embarrassed that they are so lazy and disrespectful... Will update with server name when we receive a bill.... cha gerow.... There's a server in red busting her ads running around doing an amazing job and when I told her how great of a job she was doing she mentioned it was her 3rd shift. Makes sense now that her trainer must be the one behind counter . .. making this poor girl do all of her work while she is not teaching...

Originally ordered for carry-out but decided we would eat in the dining room instead. We were told flat out no. When I pressed for a reason we were told because the dinning room is separate pricing. I said the price was not an issue and we would pay the more expensive price but we were given horrible attitude and told no repeatedly for several minutes. It wasn't until I decided to just cancel the order and leave that they finally agreed to make the switch. The server was very unpleasant and acted like we were putting her out by deciding to pay the extra money to eat there. The pizza was ready when we arrived but it was 10 minutes before she brought out 1 of the pizzas at which time informed us that there was something wrong with the other pizza and they have to remake it. 1 star is the lowest rating otherwise I...
