Torino pizza & pasta — Restaurant in Ontario

Best pizza in town by far. Honestly best I’ve ever had. My father got me addicted to it at a young age, and now with him gone I still go at least once a month, sometimes (much) more.

The staff here are very nice people, the owner is a good guy too, as soon as I walk in he goes and grabs my order without even asking my name. Every time I’ve gotten it I’ve never had a problem.

Taste is absolutely fantastic. I don’t know how, but their cheese is just my favourite of any pizza I’ve ever had. Crust is also good, and I’m not even a crust guy. It’s delicious and authentic, like seriously amazing.

All in all, this place will remain my favourite for the rest of my life. Here’s to hoping it...

Worst experience of my life! We order from here every few months and never had a problem. Tonight we ordered the 9 piece chicken family pack that comes with the chicken 4 pops salad, 2 gravies and choice of fries or upgrade to poutine. We got our food and saw our gravy was missing so we called to let them know and the manager just kept cutting me off and yelling at me. I just kept trying to say we would like our gravies please and he just kept yelling then swearing. My boyfriend hears him through the phone and took the phone and told him not to cut me off and talk to me like that. He then yelled at my boyfriend and kept cutting him off. We had to hang up. Will NEVER spend my money...

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Never Again!

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a pizza from Torino Pizza and Pasta, and to my absolute horror, there was a cockroach baked right into the cheese. This isn’t just bad service – this is a serious health hazard! It’s clear the kitchen hygiene is appalling.

Whoever is cooking at this place clearly has no respect for food safety or customers. If the cook can’t even keep bugs out of the food, they shouldn’t be working in a kitchen at all. This was not only gross, but deeply disturbing.

Avoid this place at all costs – unless you enjoy surprises with legs in your food. I’ll be reporting this to the health...
