Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

Annoyed and angry, my grandmother is a regular costumer with ordering 3-4 times a week. She gets her meals delivered, and usually I am the one to go to the door to pick the food up. However there has been times when I am not available to get to the door and my grandmother makes her way to the door. About a month ago, one delivery service man opened my front door and proceeded to walk into my house without me requesting to do so. He then apologized and stated my grandmother usually wants him to come in. I asked her, and she said that she has never asked anyone to come in. I overlooked this event, until a half an hour ago, when it happened AGAIN. This time with her other grand daughter. The same man walks into my house and startles my sister and feeling embarrassed as she was just about to open the door. This is unacceptable! He then states “it’s my old age, sorry” I think anyone knows that you don’t just walk into someone’s house if it takes them more than 30 seconds to open the door. However if for instance someone tells you to come inside, then proceed if you do so. Other than that, your judgement on whether you should step in without invitation is not tolerated. This man made my sister feel very uncomfortable as he still stayed in the house until payment was completed, then tried to play off petting our cat. I...

Order taken by Kristy over phone. Ordered for Small chicken bacon ranch. she said they don't do small only available in medium. Called her back and ordered MEDIUM CHICKEN BACON RANCH and she confirmed it. got order didn't look like one so went back and asked if it is Chicken bacon ranch- she said yes. I told her base supposed to be Ranch as my son is ALLERGIC TO TOMATO BASE. RUDE - ASKED ME TO SEE WEBSITE IT HAS TOMATO BASED. ASKED HER TO SHOW ME THE PIZZA. THERE IS NOTHING CALLED CHICKEN BACON RANCH - SHE GAVE ME CHEDDAR BACON RANCH. NO COURTESY TO APPOLOGISE. HAD THIS STERN RUDE FACE AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG. YOU TOOK THE ORDER WRONG. People are Awesome there. I always have all my special occasions there. FIRST TIME IVE COME ACROSS SUCH PERSON WITH ATTITUDE THERE. ENDED UP GIVING MY SON A DOSE OF REACTINE. Please note that I am talking about take-out experience only. I have not been taking out from this location and from Pizza Hut in general for quite several years. Their pies were very salty, crust often stale and hard, so dropped PH for Domino's and other. I ordered 2 specialty pizzas back in February and was amazed - for fast food pizza they were amazing, fresh, well made, tasty, excellent texture, and not overly salty - just superb. Then I ordered take-out in April and was very interested if the experience would be the same. And it was! Beats my neighbourhood Domino's hands down with taste and pricing. I don't know what they do at that location but they must be doing something right. Idk about the restaurant experience but take-out is 5 stars. They make them fast and they make them right. I will keep ordering from that location whenever I feel like pizza. Ah, and my family shares my opinion. We could try the restaurant...
