I was the only vehicle in line at the time so they were not rushed. I ordered and paid for 1 large black dark roast and 2 back bacon and egg on English muffin. When I got on the 401 I reached into the bag and only 1 English muffin so I called the location asked for the Manager who came on the phone explained the situation that I was on the 401 and I was missing an English muffin which she confirmed how many I got and asked if I come through frequently which I responded yes she took my name and said next time through let them know when ordering and you will get it for free, I said that is nice of you to give me something I already paid for for free and then she said it again ... clueless Anyways they can give my sandwich I paid for and did not receive to someone who could need it and note for the record I will not use this location again. I thought with all the problems with orders at Tim Hortons were the employees fault because of lack of training but I can see now it comes from the top maybe the Managers should be trained properly to enhance and allow their employees...

Second experience should have stopped when i walked into the store and my shoes stuck to the floor (entrance and all the way down front counter). I ordered two ham and cheese sandwiches plain, no butter, no mayo and not toasted. The clerk my money and goes down to "help" drive through with making 2 teas then walks into the back "kitchen" and comes out with 2 whole wheat buns. She puts them into the toaster and I say to the clerk "hey those aren't toasted" she then tells me "we don't have anymore buns what do you want me to do?" So i ask for my money back she argued with me about it.
Is it really that hard to take one customers order and actually complete said order? Heck even the strung out guy in the dining room heard my order and commented "good help is hard to find".
i would be understanding IF they were busy. But 2 teas, one bag in one not for a single car and my order is by no means taxing or...
Read moreI ordered a med decaf tea, and 3 chicken fingers to go....but decided to eat in...My order came to $6.43 , I gave her $10.50 and she couldn't figure out the change...When she gave me what I thought was my tea I asked for a sleeve and went to get my food...returned to our table to eat opened up the box the my food was burnt and looked hours old...also my change should have been $4.07 and I got $3.60 back...when I returned my food the girl said and what exactly is wrong....she took them back , I told her I was having a bad experience here today and the food looked very unappetizing, she said I totally agree...so why was it given to me? Then back to my table to eat and drink my tea which when I took a drink turned out to be coffee which I hate!! So back to the counter...a different girl made my tea apologized and gave me 2 free coffee coupons....the girl that made my drink said what did I do wrong and all she said was Oh!! And my sister ordered a toasted English muffin breakfast sandwich which wasnt...
