It was delightful experience that surpassed my expectations for what fast food could offer. The moment I walked through the doors, the warm and welcoming ambiance invited me in, and the cleanliness of the restaurant assured me I was in for a good meal.

Exceptional Customer Service

The staff at Pizza Pizza truly stand out. They greeted me with smiles, and their enthusiasm about the menu helped make my choices easier. The employees are well-trained not just in product knowledge but also in customer interaction, which is evident from the seamless ordering process. Their attentiveness ensured that our order was accurate and served hot. One employee, in particular, went out of her way to bring extra napkins and condiments right to our table, a small but appreciated gesture of exemplary service.

Moving onto the main event - the pizza itself! The crust was perfectly golden and crispy on the edges while still being delightfully soft and chewy in the middle. They offer a great variety of toppings, each fresh and plentiful. The balance of flavors between the sweet tomato sauce and the gooey, well-seasoned cheese creates a harmonious blend that tantalizes the taste buds.

I tried both a classic pepperoni and a more adventurous Mediterranean-style pizza. The pepperoni was generously topped with high-quality meat that was flavorful without being greasy, while the Mediterranean pizza was a vibrant mix of black olives, feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes, which provided a nice, fresh contrast to the rich cheese.

They do not deserve a star. I just witnessed them treat a female customer like she was dumb for asking for a refund the way she made the purchase or another product to replace the one she placed and order for and after paying she was told they don’t have the tortillas to make it. She asked for name and store number to call head office and he refused saying she had no right to ask for that. I had to threaten to walk out and not pay for my 103.80 order if they did not resolve the issue. Then when I brought up he was doing this because she was female he finally decided to call the customer service line They agreed she could get the product she wanted at no extra cost ( a whole 2.04). So issue resolved I finally pay for my order and the supposed manager runs his mouth saying you let your wife fight your fights and then something in his native tongue points at him and starts laughing. Please go to any other location unless you like rude customer service and/or people who put women down. Hey corporate if you see this the manager working at the location at 8pm on the 18th of May 2018 should be retrained in customer service and management skills or fired. I ordered food for me and my child a month ago and their was a hair in the pizza i then told the manager in a polite way and he tryed to say it was my hair yet the hair was dark and at the time i had blue hair, he then took the pizza from me with attitude (older guy manager) so I figured he was going to make me a new pizza and he then came to my table where me and my 10 year old child was sitting at and said “What do you want me to do about this, do you want a new pizza or your money back?, because if you want your money back get the hell out of my store! I said me and my son still need to eat all i wanted was a fresh pizza with no hair in it. I honestly couldn’t believe that he spoke to me like that for no reason. I was completely calm and respectful to him and i was almost in tears by the time I left. I was just getting out the house and having a good day from a few weeks of bad mental health and sadness , he ruined my day!
