Order a take out from here . Their customer service is so bad. I highly recommend to not go there. It is not worth the money you pay. Horrible experience!!! Manager attitude is worst no wonder why the restaurant is always empty…. Check other bad reviews they talk back to customer to not to order from them . …. Please have some knowledge before opening a freaking restaurant what are you going to serve!!👎

@daal roti ….m not quite sure about your reply each negative comment on your business instead of improving it ..you accuse customer …your manager and your team need to take basics customer service classes yes , I was a regular customer through Uber and take away but the service I experiences not worth it …so I recommend everyone not to go there …and back to my order ..your server told me she will fix the order as I am regular r customer…I didn’t ask her and your manager was so confused even started blaming me for another order which had same name which I have never ordered and as you had the record please get your manager to check his facts before talking back to customer ….and the accuse game what are you guys are doing instead of improving is the downfall of any business …each negative result on your website you start playing the blame game so I don’t think you want to improve in any ways so …because of your manager attitude you lose a...

Great customer service from Palak @daalroti!

I have been a regular customer at their Missisauga location. I was very excited when Daal Roti opened it’s doors for everyone in London.

I had issues with couple of my previous orders of Daal Makhani only. I didn’t even bring this up with the restaurant, as I thought this must be an aberration.

I was going to have guests over and told Palak to take extra caution with my order of Daal Makhani, given my last experience.

Palak was very customer centric and heard me extremely patiently. She would definitely be an asset for any restaurant, as she knows how to provide the best customer service by understanding the needs of the customers.

Overall, Palak made sure that my last experience was actually an aberration with great quality of food!

In the past, I had ordered Dal Makhani at a time, when the restaurant was about to close, possibly that had some impact on it.

Being a loyal customer, I gave benefit of doubt to the restaurant and Palak made sure that everything was up to the mark this time around. Everyone enjoyed the food!

I wish the management all the very best and hope it becomes one of the premier Indian restaurants in London Ontario!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Indian restaurant, and I must say that I was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. The menu was extensive, with a wide variety of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes to choose from. The flavours were bold and complex, with just the right amount of spice. I also appreciated that the restaurant offered plenty of vegetarian options, which made it easy for everyone in our group to find something they loved. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure that we had everything we needed. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, with soft lighting and traditional Indian music playing in the background. Overall, I would highly recommend this Indian restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch, and I can't wait to go back and try...
