Review for Pizza Salvatore, Rue Seigneuriale, Québec City, QC:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Me and my friends recently went on vacation to Québec City and had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Salvatore on Rue Seigneuriale. We ordered two Alfredo pizzas, ultimate BBQ poutine, buffalo poutine, and buffalo chicken wings. This was, hands down, the best pizza experience we've ever had. The flavors were so authentic and delicious, and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The staff and management were incredibly hospitable, taking the time to explain the ingredients and preparation process despite our language barrier (we don't speak French). Their courtesy and willingness to share their passion for their food made our visit truly memorable. The taste of their pizza has stayed with us long after our trip, and we couldn't stop talking about it.
Being from Kitchener, we were thrilled to find another Pizza Salvatore location in London, hoping to relive that amazing experience. Unfortunately, our visit there was quite the opposite.
Review for Pizza Salvatore, London, ON:
⭐
Eager to enjoy the incredible taste of Pizza Salvatore once more, we drove all the way from Kitchener to London, expecting the same quality and experience we had in Québec City. Sadly, we were very disappointed.
The staff in London seemed unaware of the legacy and authentic taste of Pizza Salvatore. They admitted they had never even tried the pizza, which was evident in the quality of what we received. The lack of knowledge and passion was stark. Additionally, the location didn't have basic amenities like a washroom or even napkins, making our visit quite uncomfortable.
The stark contrast between the two locations was shocking and disheartening, especially after our delightful experience in Québec City. We had high hopes but left feeling let down after...
Read moreWe tried Salvatore for the first time in March 2024. As it’s a Quebec chain, we were hoping it might capture the “Quebec style” of pizza, and it definitely does. The toppings were plentiful and fresh. The pizza dough was nice, light and fluffy.
We also ordered the cheesey garlic bread. Almost 1/4 of it had little to no cheese which was disappointing. Aside from that, there wasn’t really anything wrong with it , but at the same time it wasn’t anything special.
The store was well lit and very clean. Almost no wait time from the moment I stepped in to the time I was greeted.
There is one thing that has me stumped. Their number is a local 226 number yet I had to make a long distance call to phone in my order. Seems strange strange to have to do that.
The other thing I saw was one of the delivery drivers pulled right up to the front of the store and seemed to have no problem Parking in a clearly marked wheelchair accessible parking spot.
Short recap:
Pizza, very good, very true to the Quebec style pizza
Cheesy garlic bread - ok, but not sure id order it again.
Store - clean, well lit, very busy staff. Drivers - use a regular slot !! lol.
Store - please change that phone number so it’s not...

I was advised by email that Salvatores have experienced an increase in complaints recently which they believe are unfounded (not genuine) so my complaint could not be validated as I did not send pictures.
They clearly respond to reviews just to pretend they care about customer satisfaction, when they have no intention of correcting any issues.
I will definitely not be returning.
Initial review below----- We ordered from Salvatore's for a family of 4 a few weeks ago.
The staff: including the delivery driver were great ambassadors for Salvatore's as they were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The food: was not as good as we expected it to be as the pizzas and garlic were very overcooked and lacking in flavour. The wings were small, dry and lacked in taste.
Value for money: it was overpriced for the quality we got. We had high expectations based on other reviews and the marketing material. Unfortunately it was not as good as our local non branded pizza stores so we will...
