Today when I got to your Timmy's it wasn't that bad. But when you go through the drive at night time they are so rude and they make you wait forever. When we got up to the window they asked what we ordered and we told them at the speaker so we had to tell them again. So we waited and waited 10 frigging minutes for our coffee. If it is ridiculous then they don't even give you your change back. They close the window and walk away. Like these girls need to be fires that operate at night they are not polite in any way. They are just plain ignorant I will never go through this drive-thru again. I went today and went in but it was in the daytime and it was fine. At least they were polite. Unlike the other girls who work nights. I'd like to know why when I use my bank card the total taken out was $5.40 and 2 ice Capps were only $4.78 for 2 small ice caps with 20% off?????. Can you explain that to me please? Also, tell your ignorant employees to stop keeping the change if I wanted to give it to them I would but I don't. Thanks To everyone watch your bank card and reciept just saying. They should be fires for being so ignorant to people....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI frequently visit this Tim Hortons drive-thru around 10 PM, and the difference in customer service between staff members is night and day. Itās disappointing and reflects badly on the brand.
On the other hand, thereās a tall white gentleman with glasses who occasionally works the same shift, and he is outstanding. Heās polite, warm, and always goes above and beyond. He makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
Management should seriously evaluate the consistency of their customer service. One employee is setting the bar high, while the other brings the entire...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter purchasing things for every person there, 3 older kids, 1 elderly, 1 adult male, while seeing kids they hadnāt seen since early Dec 2024, they were told to leave less than an hour later for loitering 1) They made purchases and were going to make more including lunches 2) Other Tim Hortons around the province have had media attention and change their loitering policies 3) These arenāt homeless people buying nothing trying to keep warm. They were paying patrons having a good time. Meanwhile, this particular location allows people to stay all day or for hours buying only 1 coffee and thatās it. So are they discriminating??? None of us including my work place will ever utilize this Tim Hortons ever again AND will find out if the owners have other ones in the area and blacklist...
