So I honestly did like this product and I would have loved to recommend them but at this point I'm just upset and disgusted with how I've been treated. As a past customer I definitely expected more.

Near my birthday I ordered $160 worth of product and I'd moved from my previous address (about 25 minutes away) and unfortunately they seem to have a template on their website that saved my old address and fit it into my new order. I definitely could have been more diligent but I missed this, nonetheless I signed up to get tracking notifications and left all my contact information.

Later this month I receive a phone call from Purolator letting me know my package has been rejected by the delivery address and has been sent back post the initial delivery attempt that took place almost two weeks ago.

Confused I message pulp and press and their response is that its not their fault and so i'm out of luck. I follow up with Purolator to find out why I wasn't even contacted after the delivery was made and they inform me that my contact information wasn't even on the package, clearly there was no way of notifying me that my package had been attempted to be dropped off and of course by this time the product is no good anymore.

I call Pulp and Press back and inquire as to why they didn't put my contact information on the package as I would have happily picked it up the same day the delivery attempt was made and they said basically "not our fault' and offered no way to help. I even signed up to track my package through notifications sent to myself and received none.

I just wanted some sort of help here, Purolator was great and understanding and happily opened a Case file for this but Pulp and Press after contacting them twice basically said "we didn't do anything wrong, you're out of luck" and just stone walled me. This was my birthday gift to myself and I can honestly say I'm absolutely livid with how this was handled and I have no interest in doing any further business with this company.

For a 30th birthday gift I'm not impressed guys. I'd give zero...

For those who are still waiting on their orders, this company uses FEDEX which has a great history and is far superior to Canada Post. I say this because FedEx will give you the option to pick up your order from the warehouse ( this wasn’t needed in my case). It also helps if you have the shop app to better track all incoming deliveries. For larger orders you will receive two shipments and get immediate confirmation. Now that the logistics have been handled let’s get to the juices.

Very very flavourful, the only real miss would be the Celery citrus but you’re welcome to add more lime juice as you see fit. This will be useful as you explore flavours and figure out what you love.

They’re also very generous on the Mystery Box which gives you double the value (I purchase this on cyber Monday for 105$ and got 200$ worth of juice so it’s definitely worth the value minus the fact I got too much Celery 😑 but otherwise I have zero complaints)

The juices themselves need a very good shake or you’ll think they’re diluted which isn’t the case at all. Give them a proper shake and remember to store them in a cool area even after opening.

The boxes themselves are well packaged with 3 ice packages to keep everything fresh and in well insulated box ( I still think Revive Smoothies have the best packaging but they’re already delivered frozen so the comparison isn’t fair)

My one real complaint would be the phone service which is non existent - HOWEVER the email follow up is great and when you’re dealing with hundreds of dollars worth of value you’ll want everything in writing anyway.

TLDR - Juices are good, delivery is above average ( covid dragged the bar real low) and the packing is very suitable. Shoot them an email otherwise and just give the bottles a good shake before...

I’ve been wanting to try a juice cleanse for some time now, and found out about pulp and press through my mom who recommended me. The website was easy to navigate, and I enjoyed the little quiz that helps you find the best cleanse for you. I’ve always wanted to fast, but have never done so, so I wanted to take it easy the first time and I ended up purchasing the 3 day Complete Cleanse. The juices were so tasty! My favorites were the Monsoon and Spicy Lemon. I absolutely loved how pure the ingredients were, and my stomach felt so incredible. I’ve been struggling with motivation recently and every single morning getting up I felt energized and ready for the day. I was not expecting that in the slightest. I only drank black coffee on one day of the cleanse, cause I felt like I didn’t even need it the other two days. I ended up losing 6.8 pounds and my body feels great. I struggle with IBS and live with a chronic bloating and just yucky feeling gut. I’m actually sad to have ended this cleanse, I wish I could stay on it forever and forget about eating, but I know I have to slowly introduce food back. Anywho, if any of yall are thinking of trying one of these, JUST DO IT. Shipped quickly, everything was still cold when I received my package (and I live in Florida so it gets toasty if a box sits outside for too long), and I WILL BE doing one again soon.
