This store location has incredibly rude and discriminative staff who will mock customers in private gossip and yell at customers to shut up when they're talking too loud. This doesn't just go for standard employees, but also the managers there as well, particularly the one named Karen.
A couple of days ago, I witnessed an elderly lady getting yelled at by an employee to get out of the building because of her disability (turrets), and stated that she was not welcome to sit and write her stories. I have met this lady on several occasions and she is the sweetest woman. I was absolutely appalled by the way these employees not only target this elderly woman but that they dare to do this in public, loud enough for every other customer to hear.
Aside from this, their supervisors and managers also yell and argue with their employees when something seems to have gone wrong, publicly humiliating them instead of doing the respectful thing and pulling employees aside to provide coaching in private.
Needless to say, I cannot comprehend how this place is still in business. I'm sure that I am not the first customer to stop buying from this location due to how they treat...
Read moreStaff at all Tim Hortons must use clean gloves, not same ones, don't handle dirty cash, same brooms, mops from toilets, all over the floor inc in food service, kitchen let alone the chef's must stop mopping sweeping etc; then immediately serve clients as does 99.9% of entire staff that neither never wash hands by putting dirty brooms right in food area...... maybe one or two wet the hands with cold water pretending have truly washed at least once with proper soap. There is more like wearing dirtiest unformatted, covered in dog cat animal hair or petting animals outside/smoking/toking then running to serve esp young managers to say this 100% frankly and respectfully.... a few times as Vegan's I and kids ate white coloured even black animal and human hair even threw up for days from allergies to say this very least. Please note this is at various locations as we try observe and eat clean --- many notes and customer satisfaction was sent to Tim Hortons but no reply came as yet? Since over 2 decades nor any promised reply or promised coupons for the family. Thank you for asking for our...
Read moreIt is illegal to close your bathrooms to the public before your establishment closes. You must always have a working bathroom available for customer use or the store should not be open. It is out of pure selfish convenience to close your washrooms to paying customers prior to closing at 11pm. This is being done because the closing staff is attempting to accomplish their cleaning duties prior to close in order to leave promptly when the store closers instead of doing what they’ve been instructed to which is to wait until the store closes to perform cleaning duties such as cleaning the washroom. Evening shift needs to be well aware of this as, again, it is illegal to not offer a working bathroom to patrons in a restaurant establishment that is within its open working hours. As somebody who works in food service it’s grossly lazy and inconsiderate to be doing this. Next time I won’t hesitate to report this location to the Middlesex-London Health Unit’s...
