This place is a great example of extreme gouging at its finest. We came on Friday at noon with our 2 children and ordered a kids grilled cheese and a BLT with cheese. The total for these two sandwiches was $26. It took 20+ minutes to prepare, and there were no tables with 4 chairs for our family to wait (the small seating area has no 4 person tables whatsoever). One of my kids doesn’t care for sandwiches, and there were no soups, salads or any sandwich alternatives available (although they were listed on the menu, they had none in stock). The sandwiches were subpar, the grilled cheese was dry and had very little cheese inside and the BLT had hardly any bacon and was made with simple sandwich bread. They will tell you a side is included, but in reality we were given 3 carrot sticks with one sandwich, and 8 chips with the other. See the picture below. Overall, we were extraordinarily disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else. We will never come here again.

This place is fantastic! Friendly, clean, cool canoe fixture from the ceiling and family owned and operated. There are many choices and kid friendly choices as well. The food is very good, many choices for bread and the owner even made a recommendation on best type of bread, fresh ingredients, many local ingredients, a choice of three sides with sandwhich and cookies ( Cookie Mama) made by a local baker. Small business supporting small business. Amazing. I had the smoked ham sandwhich and it was a very generous anount of ham with melted cheese and local cressy mustard. Delish. We stopped in for a quick bite and were very impressed. May have to get some take out for the drive home. 😁 Please make sure you try this place out when in Prince Edward County. We will definitely be back! 👍

Sprigwich isn’t just a sandwich shop—it’s a hometown experience grounded in community, care, and craftsmanship. The food is nothing short of phenomenal: packed with flavour, made with locally sourced ingredients, and always generous in portion. Service is quick, friendly, and dependable—even during busy hours. While the seating is limited, the rustic charm and creekside setting create a cozy, memorable atmosphere that makes every visit feel like a special occasion. Owners Bryna and Steve are hands-on and genuinely committed to what they serve. Their attention to quality and care is clear in every bite—and it’s the kind of dedication that’s hard to find these days. You will leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit !

This sandwich shop is fantastic!!! I have been coming to Springwich since they opened. Sometimes there can be a wait but it’s absolutely worth it. The food is top notch and the owners and staff are exceptionally nice, kind and accommodating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sandwiches and their coffee is fantastic. I read a one star review that was recently given to Springwich which was obviously written by someone who wakes up in a bad mood and has nothing better to do than complain and try to bring down a family run business that has had nothing but the most amazing reviews. To that person I say, stay at home because no one needs your negativity. If you required a table of 4 and the establishment is packed with happy satisfied clients, take your food out to the park and eat there, but I am sure you would also find something wrong with the grass. Perhaps it isn’t green...
