Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

Ever since this location opened, 90% of the time I get a drink here they make the drink incorrectly - not just slightly off, but completely off that it’s undrinkable (agree with a lot of other reviewers here - literally have to throw them out). I don’t call every time the drink is undrinkable, only called about 4-5 times in the last few years (even though I really should call every time - I've wasted so much money here). I became so frustrated I haven't been going to this location anymore, but for some reason decided to try a drink again recently - and of course it was made wrong, completely undrinkable, tasted like burnt plastic. I decided to call about this drink and they were all friendly and said the remake note would be here to claim whenever I’m back next. Then when I went to get the remake they owed me, I was told they "have no note of it”. Then they asked if I have the sticker label from the drink. Why would I have that?! Just sealed the deal,...

Was there maybe half an hour ago to pick up a mobile order for Banana. Cake pops were great and the tatted woman taking orders and serving was great, which is why I gave 2 stars. The downside is that this location butchered my drink so badly that I had to stop at the next gas station to throw the whole thing out. Asked for double shot of blonde Espresso in my Frappuccino and had zero. Asked for sugar free vanilla and it tasted like burnt caramel mixed with windex. They remembered the whipped cream though so I guess that's a plus. Was a complete waste of money though and as I was just passing through I wasn't going to drive back to have it fixed when the ingredients I wanted are listed on the cup. I came here yesterday around 3pm and ordered two frappachinos in the drive thru! The young gentleman who served me was so charismatic and amazing! He gave me a pup cup and joked around with me with very intentional conversation while I waited! I wish I grabbed his name, he honestly deserves a raise or a promotion! He was wonderful!
