Worst Tm Hortons in belleville! Literally the worst! Give you a warm bagel dripping in butter and call it toasted! Even though you asked for properly toasted anf little butter as its for a child! Pathetic staff!

Just had another horrible visit at your famous horrible tim hortons! Firts the lady cut me off mid order which should not be allowed with all the people that wotk in there in the morning that shouldnt happen Asked for a tea with only 1 bag as said every morning at your speaker and every morning i get 2! Then i leave and taste ot and no sugar So i go back and ask if they stir their drinks and guy behind counter says of course we do I dumped the tea out to see 4 sugar sitting on the bottom of the cup! And showed them! Pathetic! Pathetic store! Pathetic staff! Very unfriendly! Not one happy person in the whole store! Very pathetic! Its enough to ruin your morning! And im a morning...

This place has gotten disgusting and the employees are absolutely lazy, Can't help but notice all the negative reviews for this place at 470 Dundas street East, lately. 6:30 am and no donuts burnt coffee or grounds in the bottom, had enough of this place and just drove away this morning and canceledmy coffee, this place needs to be franchise reviewed and new employees couldn't hurt. Never again.

Wow go to the requested site on Tim Hortons reply and before you can do the survey, it asks for a receipt number lmao, How many people go thru a Tim Hortons and ask for a receipt let alone have the server give you one. Had they even read my complaint they should have read "I CANCELLED MY.ORDER AND LEFT" who get a receipt for leaving. It's just a robot reply and they have no interest in...

I go here everyday and order the same thing. I order an iced coffee with a vanilla flavor shot and I am always charged for the flavor shot but they only add it to my drink 3 out of 10 times. It is extremely frustrating how often I pay for something and don't get it, and when I try to email a complaint their page ironically doesn't load properly, ever.

As much as starbucks costs me waaay more I NEVER have to go back because they never mess up my order. Such a shame businesses don't care anymore.

As for the owners reply to this telling me to contact this number and click the link.. the link doesn't work and the number is no longer in service. I can see tim hortons going down strictly due to the lack of customer service. No one...
