I really hope this place does well. The place looks great. Staff is very friendly. The lady who owns the place very obviously is trying hard to do good work. I will support it as long as I can.
I enjoyed my poutine and my hotdog was good. I overheard another customer saying she didn’t enjoy her hotdog because it was steamed. I felt bad for the owner because its obvious she is trying very hard. The building code won’t allow for it unless she installs a $40,000 range hood.
The hotdogs have potential, and if she could figure out a way to grill them..... they would be exceptional in my opinion.
5 stars for service and how she handled the situation. The poutine was good and my hotdog was fine..... if you could find another way to cook the dog so it retains more flavor that would be great.
One more suggestion I would make is to invest in good ketchup packets. I think good flavored ketchup really adds to the poutine instead of the catsup that was available.
Keep up...

My daughter and I visited January 6, 2023. She is 11 and ordered a fizzy cherry water and she said it tasted weird. It expired in April 2021!
The gentleman doing the food prep and taking orders to people was wiping sweat off of his face with his bare hands and using his fingers to squeeze at his nose to get the sweat off and NEVER washed. Also the owner worked cash and never washed before making the orders. I noticed this while we sat at the table in front of their register and kitchen and did not enjoy my meal 🙄 and didn't finish my poutine thought I was going to hurl by that point.
Absolutely disgusting, if this is their practice in front of customers I can imagine what goes on with food storage etc.
This was my second visit there...
Read moreTo start the restaurant itself was so cute! There was lots of fun stuff to look at and it seems like it would be a fun place to hang out. Reminded me a little bit of a 50s diner. I wish we had stayed to eat in but we had some errands to run.
My husband and I ordered a poutine, the OMG dog (right) and the Chicago dog (left) and paid about $20 not including tip. For the size of the dogs that's pretty stinkin good! The fries were crispy and there was lots of gravy! The hotdogs are steamed but that's why we enjoyed them. Reminded us of going to the ballpark. The buns are big enough to hold all of the toppings (i still ended up dumping chili on my sweater lol) and were nice and soft.
Overall we enjoyed our dogs and poutine and will...
