If i could leave 0 starts i would.....TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered through skip the dishes and i was going to pick it up. I drove there after work to pick up the order...she said she had no order for me. I went out to my car checked my receipt on my phone that i had the correct location and went back inside to show her my order she again said yeah we have no order for you. While inside the store i contacted Skip the Dishes for a refund. They said in order to process a refund they had to call the store to confirm....i said no problem im at the store now. Needless to say i waited 45 minutes....the girl served 6 people in those 45 minutes SUPER SUPER SLOW service. Skip the dishes called this Subway location at least 10 times to confirm my order so they could process the refund. The girl working kept going over to it says “its skip calling again” walks away without answering. I kid you not iI saw her do this at least 5 times they just kept ignoring the call. After the 45 minutes i was furious and the contact support from Skip the Dishes was frustrated with calling so many times she gave me my refund. So after an hour of being at the location I left with no sub terrible experience..WORST subway employees EVER!!!! Just before i left a Skip delivery driver came in and she said “yeah your going to have to wait we haven't even made your order”.
Also the 2 employees handled cash, left the sandwich area with her gloves on to go check the fridge for shredded mozzarella came back after touching the fridge door full of germs and still never changed her gloves. Were suppose to be social distancing, washing our hands, stopping the spread and these people NEVER once washed their hands or changed gloves....
Read moreI ordered 2 subs online and they were lacking on almost all the toppings. We both asked for extra lettuce and there was barely enough lettuce to go to the end of the sub and on the whole sub. 1 Olive and a couple slices of spinach after asking for more spinach. This was the second week in a row they chinced us out of our toppings. They made it right the first time they messed up but the second time they would not make it right. I wouldn't complain if they made the sub with a regular amount of toppings as I enjoy subway but we both love veggies on our sub. It seriously lacked on both subs. I went in to get the replacement they promised the night before and they were asking who told us. I stated a man at exactly 7:12pm last night talked to his manager and told me he would redo them both the next day but I didn't get his names. They wouldn't honor their word. They told me that they don't put extra toppings on ( they didn't even put regular amount of toppings on - but why would they have that option online?) We don't eat out too often and it's super dissapointing when places don't do the food correctly. If they redid the subs like they promised then I would have no issue. I am just very dissapointed. Read moreVery disappointed with the customer service, the staff named "Ajay" is very inefficient and unapologetic. He left my sub in the toaster and went to the kitchen, the toaster kept on giving signals but he didn't come back. There was another staff who was cleaning the floor, she had to take the sub out of the toaster. Ajay eventually came back, put all the toppings but did not finish wrapping or taking my payments. Instead he moved to the next customer! I was waiting there for the sub and to make payments, and he was toasting the next customers subs. When I asked him to take my payment and to give me my sub, which was just waiting to be wrapped up on the paper, he didn't do anything but another staff named "Nathan" came and took the payment and gave me my sub. This kind of poor customer service was really unexpected. Moreover when I came home, and called the number for that subway on google, and asked for a manager, the person who picked up the phone said "there is no manager here"! This is very disappointing! When I asked when the manager is going to come, he said he wouldn't come before Monday morning. And when I asked the name of the manager, he said that he didn't know. That's straight lies and intentional lies. I'm not going back to that...
