Disappointing Experience – Especially on a Special Day I visited this restaurant today with my family to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. After placing our order, the food was served, but there was no further service or attention from the staff. No one came to check if we needed anything or even offered basic essentials. I had to leave my table and walk to the reception area just to get assistance. Surprisingly, the receptionist was also working in the kitchen, which clearly shows there is a serious shortage of staff. The quantity of food served was very low compared to other restaurants, and the overall service was extremely poor. There was no complimentary drinking water provided, no tissue paper on the tables, and no basic hospitality. My family was also quite upset, especially since we were there to enjoy a special occasion. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service, food quantity, and overall...

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had the misfortune of dining at vraj, and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. The service was shockingly poor—our server seemed completely uninterested in doing their job. We waited over 30 minutes just to place our order. One elderly lady(owners relative) came out of kitchen directly and said we are out of stock although we opt for unlimited Maharaja Thali. she blamed us for sharing food with our friends who ordered limited dishes, despite she doesn't have any proof.

To make matters worse, the staff didn’t seem to care about our complaints. When we politely raised the issue, we were met with indifference and no attempt to rectify the situation. The restaurant was far from busy, so there was no excuse for this lack of attention.

For the prices they charge, I expected far better service. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this...

Updating the review - April 2025 We came in as a group and had few toddlers and a baby

The temperature was at 86F / 30 deg C inside and you could smell fumes. The reason we were told is the thermostat was broken. The lady at the counter was not even willing to keep the front door open for a while so we get in some fresh air

We wanted to get water from our car and were denied that too since it was not in a baby bottle but a regular bottle

Lastly we ordered side of green chilli for the dhokla, which was never provided but charged

We decided to leave and asked the lady at the counter to convert our order to a take away order - it was given to us after 30 mins

Not coming ever again - been a customer since 2023 extremely disappointed - you really cannot screw up 4 things at the same time
