Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

Extremely rude and refused to refund me after Doordash canceled my subway app order. The dasher had picked up my order and drove to the other side of town with it, and when I tried to call the dasher's number it said it wasn't in service. Doordash support told me to keep telling Subway to refund me but they never did. The girl on the phone at this Subway was very mean and cussed at me. Will not be ordering from here again. This was a horrible experience. I work in food service and understand it can be frustrating to answer the phone while at work but I would never, ever treat someone like this. Sham that this is the best sub shop in town. I go in and there are 3 employees, 1 male 2 female. None are wearing hair nets. Or following health codes. The one female went from baking to sandwich making with out changing her gloves. Then proceeded to make 3 sandwiches well touching various ingredients ignoring any allergy chances. I hope they clean up their employees behaviors.

Today is July 1. And they still have employees not wearing hair nets. Its very disgusting that there is a chance of hair getting in any ones food and they are not trying to prevent it. I hope the health and safety come in...

This use to be my favourite subway. I went in at 5:30 in the afternoon and they weren't busy. They had no soup the first girl says, then at the end I ask why they didn't have soup as it's dinner and I was really counting on them having it because it was for my wife who is sick at home. The other girls then says "we have soup but it'll be 5 mins to make" and I said "your coworker just said you were out of soup" and I get replied with "do you want it or not?" I'm never going back to this location. Rude, and lazy. Also had no green olives as well. LAZY much. Will be going elsewhere...
